I paid CNY617+ per night, which is HIGHER than normal. I stayed 4 consecutive nights and I’m seriously disappointed with the housekeeping service and low standards of cleanliness. They’re very lazy, doing ZERO cleaning whatsoever. They only replace towels and amenities. And there’s ALWAYS a sticky residue on the amenities provided. Everyday, my hand will touch a brown sticky gum on something (the wet wipes, the bath robe, the tissue paper). Even the tables at the dining area are disgusting. They also never make the bed, or wash the used cups. If they expect guests to wash their own cups, then please provide a dish soap and a sponge! Otherwise, the hotel should perform all the necessary cleaning, they’re PAID to do! And the sink has black / brown spots meaning they never clean the sink. I’m also disappointed with the “Smart” room, which is a higher price. There’s nothing smart about it. No voice control, no intelligence whatsoever. It’s a rip off. The ventilation also doesn’t work, some of the light switches are spoiled. And the room is very noisy. There’s obviously no sound proofing, I can hear people talking out in the streets, even though they’re not shouting. I can also hear children running and talking outside my door and the sound of the bell from the lift. Breakfast is also disappointing, not worth the price. The only good thing about this hotel is the free snacks, free laundry, free water & soda. But with such a dirty service, I rather not have this free crap. It’s also located near shops and restaurants, but you will suffer the noise because these operate late at night.
