前台接待员热情周到，入住手续办理迅速。房间宽敞明亮，衞生间设施新颖，给人一种现代感。床铺舒适，睡眠质量非常好。房间的环境布置简洁大方，空间宽敞，让人很轻松愉悦。房间隔音蛮好的，酒店的服务非常出色。工作人员非常友好和热情，他们随时为我解答问题并提供帮助。他们十分专业，并努力满足每位客人的需求。此外，酒店的设施非常不错！

Location wise, its ＞1km from nearest train station. That said, location at cross-junction means you wont have trouble getting didi. Also, just 1 block away from the beixhiao river park. Multiple restaurants located within 10mins walking distance.
Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Hotel lobby is on ground floor, and brightly lit with natural lighting. Friendliness of staff extends to the room clearners, so kudos to everyone here.
Rooms are clean, hotel is also clean. Beds is firm, and pillows of 2 different firmness is provided.
Only gripe is the lack of power point in the room for you to plug in your laptop, and also a proper desk to do work. That said, you can easily head down to the lobby/cafe where there are nice tables that you can use.

First time staying here but will be coming back if I come to Beijing again, and I will strongly recommend all my friends to stay in this hotel. Hotel room is clean and super comfortable, especially the bed. Front desk staff providing friendly and efficient service/ response, it makes the check in/out and during stay experience smooth and easy.

已经是第二次入住了，喜欢这家小而美的智能酒店，地理位置佳，免费停车，前台服务员热情有礼貌，房间有免费的欢迎饮料，晚上有免费夜宵，下次来望京还是会选这家酒店的??

酒店楼下有很多吃饭的地方，非常有特色，酒店打车也非常方便，典雅大气的装潢令人眼前一亮。大堂宽敞明亮，布置独具匠心，营造出舒适而又高雅的氛围。前台服务非常好，主动帮忙拎行李，热情周到，办理入住手续迅速高效，房间整洁乾净的环境让人心情愉悦，布局合理，空间利用恰到好处。床铺柔软舒适，房间内的设施齐全，无论是电视、空调还是洗浴都挺好，酒店的地理位置绝佳，周边交通便捷，出行无忧。

这家酒店的服务水平让我印象深刻。员工们态度热情，乐于助人，无论是办理入住还是解决问题，他们总是迅速且专业地为我提供帮助。酒店的地理位置也非常便利。房间衞生间乾湿分离。酒店停车方便。还有免费的水和饮料，总之来説以后有机会还再来，体验感不错。

前台服务热情，办理入住非常迅速，房间入住安心，里面有免费的水和饮料，水还是百岁山，不够都可以无限畅饮，大厅环境优雅舒适宽敞明亮办公区域也比较舒服，还有免费的打印机提供，衞生间是乾湿分离的，洗漱也很方便，晚上有免费的夜宵，有包子，粥还有小咸菜，大厅还有零食可以提供，整体都很不错，推荐入住

I stayed there with my wife for one day(originally booked 2 days) but couldn't stand the smell of smoking what you can experience everywhere in Beijing and China and even though it was advertised as with breakfast they didn't have it
