酒店大部分的工作人员都很好，但碰巧给我办理入住的那位非常有问题，缺乏基本职业素养，大老远看客人风尘仆仆走过来，自己坐在那跟个大爷一样，很不情愿的招呼我，好像我影响了他多大的业务，后来晚上遇到的所有前台工作人员包括保洁都非常热情，第二天退房时候的工作人员也很好，所以强烈建议酒店应该择优录取，一个懒散又傲慢的同事会耽误整体的劳动成果
在网上看这个客房是配有一个很大的单人沙发的，当时就很喜欢，可惜到了发现换成了木质椅子很失望，坐着也别扭，窗户有些漏风需要定时检修，还有就是枕头和被子都很硬，尤其是被子非常不舒服，另外酒店门口路段正在翻新，刮风时会有扬尘

Got a smoke free room , applied for extra cleaning against smoke smell in trip.com , and still the room had horrendous cigar smoke smell, even the sheets and somehow the bathroom.
