其他都还不错，就是游泳池和酒店中间隔了一个连廊，穿堂风比较大，穿着浴袍有点冷。下次出差又已经预订了。行政酒廊还可以。

设施：老化，偏商务。
比较满意的是行政酒廊的下午茶??kitty小姐姐服务很好，会贴心询问口味帮忙拿餐食。
房间还有大堂服务员不是很热情，冷冰冰的一张脸，总体体验不如jw万豪。
一层的下午茶??还是可以的

北京的几家皇冠里面，新云南这家一直印象不错的，可能比悠唐、中关村和丽都相对新一些？整体设施配置还是比较理想的。
酒店的位置也比较方便，东北三环外，附近也有地铁。开车的话，一天停车费40元。
现在酒店大堂也有很漂亮的圣诞树，处处都有漂亮的圣诞元素。
电梯内刷房卡会自从点亮对应楼层，房间空间还是挺舒适的，宽敞整洁，有淋浴和浴缸，而且马桶旁备了酒精湿巾和马桶垫，浴缸也准备了浴缸套，小细节还是做得很不错的，除了吹风机比较难用哈哈。
酒廊在23层，有酒廊权益的话可以享用下午茶和happy hour，早餐是在一层的餐厅，也不错的，咖啡做了很多种现成的，我第一次见茶叶蛋都是帮忙剥好的，各种汤类菜类甜品饮品种类还是很丰富的。
泳池也是25米的池子，环境也不错，整体服务也挺好，感谢前台Alice，整体入住体验还是不错的。

Very elegant. The room is big and well decorated. Breakfast is the regular 5 stars level. Cant ask for more!

入住酒店体验非常满意！环境优雅舒适，服务贴心周到，从接车服务、快递、行李寄存、用餐体验均非常的nice，交通便利。无论是商务出行还是休闲度假，都是不错选择，下次还会再来！

The experience at this hotel was mixed. While the ambiance was pleasant overall, it seemed more suited for business travelers than solo guests.
I had an issue with a neighboring guest who repeatedly smoking in the hallway and near the room. This caused an unpleasant smell in my room , and cigarette butts were visible just outside the room. Despite me reporting it twice and photographic evidence, the hotel staff initially dismissed the claims, denying the situation.
An air purifier was provided, but it was ineffective, and the smoke smell persisted as the hotel is fully carpeted environment. The hotel's handling of the situation was poor, even offering a room change, which seemed aimed at retention rather than enforcing the non-smoking policy. I’m glad I only booked two nights at the hotel and found my way to a new hotel.

因为冬奥会的时候一直住在新云南，所以这次还是选择了新云南酒店，服务态度很好，房间卫生干净整洁

酒店位置很好找，挨着高速。酒店的大堂很气派，前台有个姓杨的姑娘服务态度很好。同时酒店房间很好，卫生做的很干净。经常入住，非常不错。
