Booked the hotel to attend Zhang Yixing's first concert at the Bird Nest Stadium, which also falls on the Mid Autumn Festival (6Oct) and his birthday (7Oct) and the stadium is just conveniently located behind the hotel! The hotel room is cosy, spacious enough for 2 pax. I ordered food delivery every day and the food was delivered to my doorstep via the robot promptly. Only complain is that the centralised aircon cannot be adjusted and it was fixed at 27 degrees which is can be a bit stuffy even though outside temperature is cold. I hope in the future, the hotel can collab or give out freebies related to the concert we are attending.

酒店位置非常好，离鸟巢非常近，步行几分钟就到HJK检票口，图五是从房间窗户侧面拍到的鸟巢，酒店前台小姐姐和迎宾小哥哥都很不错，服务耐心真诚，酒店有机器人送外卖到房间，房间里面贴心配了加湿机，Dove洗浴套装和身体乳，对初来南方不适应北京乾燥气候的客人很友好，房间面积不算很大，但整体配置都挺好，每天的打扫也很专业细心，如果来鸟巢看演唱会，非常推荐住这里，散场后步行就能回到酒店房间休息了，甚至前一晚打开窗户就能听到彩排，体验感拉满了～

地理位置有优势，离鸟巢就隔着一条小河，可惜房间在背面看不到。
衞生条件可以。服务比较热情。
早餐稍贵，没有定，叫的外卖，机器人送上来的，便宜还丰富。
房间比较大，边上的问题，房间不规整。
水基本可以管够。小冰箱的收费。

Nice hotel to be close to the birds nest / convention centre. Breakfast was good too. The staff were friendly and helpful.?
Room stank of cigarette smoke though, and not much around the area in terms of food, convenience stores etc.

At late night ,we was ask help from hotel about delivery. The staff at check in counter is fine But hotel manager so rude behave so badly. Never experienced something like this ever. Bad hotel Manager low service mind. Not willing to help anything speak so rude.

Location - real close to the Stadium; Security - nice lock system; Receptionists - all nice, especially "Wang, Fu Qiang" 王富强 （服务非常优秀，方案彻底又有效率） very attentive, professional and efficient - helped me to get takeout order as lunch after unavailability of room service of beef noodles; deduct one star for the breakfast buffet - bus boys clear tables fast, yet the waitress/waiter not friendly as to my inquires, e.g. unavailability of coffee spoon, absence of regular size coffee cup/mug, absence of breakfast tea bags, and unsolicited table sharing. The breakfast buffet is a convenient option for travellers, not a sampler representing local cuisine. The hotel use a cute robot to deliver items to the suite on demand - that was entertaining. The coffee and tea shop at the lobby is a bit pricy if you are only looking for non-branded beverage. View - I stayed at high floor and could see the entrance of the "Nest" the stadium plus a corner of the famous Concrete Nest structure - very charming in the evening. The hotel is nice for travellers who can handle a bit of mandarin.

Location is perfect if you want to see the Olympic venues. Upscale and nice hotel with well trained staff. Only issue was the furniture (not the bed) seemed a bit dirty and not cleaned. Otherwise everything else was excellent
