I consistently enjoy a wonderful experience during my stays at this hotel. Its prime location and attentive staff truly set it apart. I want to give special recognition to Darren Zhang, who has assisted me on multiple occasions with exceptional kindness and hospitality. His dedication makes this hotel my top choice in Wangjing. Additionally, the breathtaking views enhance the overall experience, making each visit memorable.

带小朋友来北京旅游，考虑到做地铁方便去景点选择了假日酒店。这家酒店周边吃东西很方便，有很多商场。办理入住前台就很友好的赠送了欢迎的饮品券。酒店和之前入住的假日一样宽敞明亮，房间一如既往的舒适，床品都很舒服，睡的很好。特别赞下早餐，不管是服务还是品质都非常的好，吃好心情舒畅。假日品质值得复购！

非常满意，床和枕头都很舒服，窗帘很厚，睡了三晚特别解乏。泳池很干净。最惊喜的是最后听说我们火车比较晚，让我们延迟退房到下午4点，感谢Wingo,Melody,Alex,下次来北京还会住这里。

酒店的地理位置优越，周边有商圈，吃饭很方便，距离地铁站也就步行10分钟内。酒店前台经理Alex冯服务很热情周到，基本有求必应。酒店早餐也品种丰富。去北边的旅游景点的话，住这家是不错的选择。

房间还不错，前台办理人员专业，可以看到望京soho，视野整体很好。
服务和设施：略有离谱的程度。当天暴雨，水漏进窗台。而后服务人员没有敲门询问或等候，试图进来擦水，就直接刷卡开门了，还好挂了安全链，服务人员没能直接闯入（??）但还是开着门缝问的要不要抹布。赶快回复说需要的话再联系才结束了这个插曲。
晚上欢乐时光餐品和经理态度很一般。不过早餐还不错，种类比较多，环境可以。

Any problems encountered during the hotel stay were promptly resolved. The hotel is located in the commercial center of Wangjing, with convenient access to dining, entertainment and shopping, and it's also very easy to reach the airport. The problem with the room heating was also resolved quickly. I would especially like to commend the three colleagues on duty at the hotel, Darren Zhang, Eloise Gen and Pat Chen. Their handling of the issues was very proactive! I will choose this Holiday Inn again next time

为了赴老林鸟巢的音乐盛会，我特意预订了这家位置优越的酒店。从酒店出发，步行仅需500米即可便捷地到达地铁站，交通极为便利，一点也不拥挤。酒店提供的服务堪称一流，附赠的饮品券为我的旅途增添了额外的惊喜。
