地段无敌：西单地铁站步行可达！巨方便！
性价比无敌：可能避开了旺季！但是这个价格在这个地段太划算了！

此次北京之行，我在华滨酒店入住四晚，收获了舒适体验。酒店坐落于西单商圈，地处寸土寸金的核心地段，地理位置得天独厚。
入住之初，酒店便精准满足了我对房间的要求，入住第三晚，半夜突发停电，酒店响应迅速、处理得当：酒店的一位未曾问及姓名的美女经理第一时间致电致歉，不仅贴心申请免除了当晚房费，还额外赠送了后续两天的早餐与精致果盘，用诚意化解了小插曲。离店当日，另一位值班男经理依旧再三致歉，态度诚恳，让我切实感受到酒店对客人体验的重视。
酒店的客房同样值得称赞，面积达43平米左右，空间开阔让人倍感舒心；虽非全新装修，但客房打扫得乾净，夜晚休憩时也属安静。
从地理位置到服务细节，再到居住舒适度，华滨酒店都展现出高水准。若下次再来北京，这里定会是我的住宿首选。

房间很大，乾净衞生，赵爱静领班热情周到，前台小姐姐们礼宾小哥哥们都很和善友好，餐厅服务员和酒店门口有个年纪大点的迎送宾客的服务都很好。有天小孩在大堂玩耍摔了一跤，鼻子流血了，一个当班的小姐姐马上过来拿来纸和衞生棉球，查看情况，名字忘记问了，特别要谢一下。总之，一次很好的住宿体验，下次来肯定首选，也会力荐给朋友。

The hotel is in good location near to XiDan shopping district (8 mins walk) and near to subway exit E (approx 300m). Room is very clean and big. Room cleaning very good. Amenities adequate. Central aircon if can turn colder will be great. 23 degrees too warm. 18 degrees will be nice. Breakfast selection is good.
Excellent service from 小王. 小王 is very courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. 小王 makes my stay so wonderful. Thank you 小王. I will definitely stay in this hotel again.

Front desk was welcoming. Breakfast buffet was simple. Most people staying in the hotel were business people. Subway was about 6 minute walk from the hotel. (Xidan Exit D). Nearby vicinity was quiet. Room was clean; beds were excellent; bathroom essentials were provided.

I usually stay at Hua Bin International Hotel for the convenient location to XI DAN and Airport Bus Terminal (this route was cancelled lately). The room size is also impressive.

Great hotel and staff. Big thanks to Vincent for helping me connect to the internet. His co-workers video called him on his day off to translate and help me reconnect. Jack, the general manager, welcomed me and personally assisted with translating and requesting a taxi which can be challenging for foreign tourists in Beijing. Some inconveniences for foreign tourists but a great facility.

Great staff, kind and helpful. Good location, close to the center and easy to reach (by subway and taxi). Good breakfast too, with coffee beans.
What could be improved, is to have a bar open in the evening, hotter water in the shower (water was just warm, but not enough) and odour free rooms (there’s still a cold smoke smell in the room)
