第一天的前台和打扫房间的阿姨特别亲切。除此以外，各方面都太差！！！
房间里的被子是有血迹的。由于之前有被套盖住，没有注意到，早上整理时起来才发现，真的很恶心！
淋浴间还有只不知道从哪里冒出来的大蟑螂……只能安慰一下自己，还好这是北方的蟑螂，不会飞……
退房时，将上述问题告诉了前台，你说他们亲切吧，同一个问题换了好几个不同的职员来问我们；你说他们不亲切吧，一直想方设法解释蟑螂是怎么来的……就很难评。他们给出的唯一的解决方法就是让我们下次再入住，然后下次给我升级房间。请问遇到这样的问题以后，员工没有实际解决问题的方法，也没有积极的认错态度，有谁还会再想来住呢？

Room smells heavy smoke around 10pm while we are on the non smoking floor and had to open the window to let the smoky smell out. Reception said they will check to upgrade and call back but only called back next day around 4pm.

I travel a lot and this is the first hotel that doesn't have a shoe polisher in the lobby! It has a very complete breakfast. My room was very small and always smelled of cigarettes. At night when you were sleeping you could hear the snoring of the next room!

已经是老会员了，每次体验都很好，这次还收到了中秋佳节礼包，里面是最实用的免洗洗手液和消毒湿巾。东西不大点儿，但是心意很足。前台服务员都带着口罩，但是仍然能感受到她们的热情。尤其是工号23030和15029两位服务员，非常有亲和力，很热心。房间WIFI 比早先好用多了，虽然是老牌四星，但是房间内部翻修过，卫生做得很好，以后有朋友来也会推荐住这里。
