老牌酒店，地理位置非常方便，服务还是五星水准。酒店房间内部家俱品质不错，楼层层高较高，比较开阔，朝南房间正对长安街 。朝南房间可以晒到阳光，很好。唯一一点不太满意就是衞生间反味比较严重，我住了一晚，之后续住了一晚，本来计划仍然继续续住，但衞生间味道太大，觉得必须换了。换到附近其他酒店。总体，酒店服务还是好的，走的时候，大堂工作人员还帮忙把行李从大堂搬到车上，非常感谢！

房间很乾净，前台服务也很不错。早餐种类丰富。就是入住的日期当时北京没有供暖，酒店也不提供供暖设施，太冷了。交通方面距离地铁很近，往天安门走步行也可以。点外卖需要自己去1楼大厅拿，这一点不是很方便的。

I checked in late in the night after long travel. No smile, no welcome, no talking to me. I'm a foreigner in China, but I can speak Chinese. However, staff didn't bother even try. No information given until I asked: wifi, what time/where is breakfast, just very basics not given automatically. Room was big and clean, but to be a non-smoking room it had the old smoke smell. Breakfast was good, I really enjoyed it. The hotel was within walking distance from my meeting place, so I decided to try it out.

Great service and nice lobby. This time warm water came out without waiting for some time. Only not so good thing was that the called buckwheat pillow smelled like smoke from cigarettes, so not useable for sleeping.

Stayed two weeks with them, excellent hotel, excellent service. I lost my jacket in the lobby after I checked out and they kept it safe for me for quite a few days. Highly recommend it.

This Beijing trip for my family was a very good experience, though a little set back and disappointnent on the first day. Overall very satisfactory and we stay in this hot for 7 night.
