friendly desk staff, speak english. room was clean and big, more like a 5 star hotel rather than 4. basically near every major hub u can think of.
If you want to visit historical places dont go between 4-9pm, or you’re gonna get stuck in traffic. Starbucks a 10 sec walk across the hotel everything went well.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at Park Plaza Beijing Wangfujing from 20-30 December 2025.
The hotel is a 25-minute walk away from the main shopping belt at Wangfujing. With convenience shops and eateries nearby.
The staff here were marvellous, from the front desk staff who helped us with the bookings of local attractions when we couldn’t figure out how to use WeChat. They also advised us which places needed advance booking and those you can purchase on the spot. A real extra value-added service.
A particular staff member stood out. Mr Wang Yue Long, who is the concierge, handled our incoming Taobao and food delivery directly to the room via a robot.
His smile and positive attitude really made us feel at home.
We will definitely recommend this hotel.

Rooms are clean, location is great, concierge service excellent! Lots of eateries around even for bfast and the 24h convenient store just behind the property was really helpful. Dadong restaurant is just 4 min walk away and Wangfujing is 600m away...
Thankful for the free use if washer n dryer in the laundry room... However, do note that it gets really crowded between 9pm to 12mn ;)

The location Is near to metro station. Thstaff is friendly . you can can your Taobao delivery to front desk to do collection. they even have robot to do delivery your food to your door step .

This hotel is super nice, comfortable, and convenient. It is very close to the metro station. The hotel is spacious, well-maintained. Highly recommended!

将要去机场的时候，服务员主动提出call车， Call了一架大车，可让多件行李放在车上，这个贴心服务非常满意，问服务员一啲问题都主动帮你解决这是获得称赞的，这是一间不错的酒店

地点方面，酒店宽敞舒适
清洁阿姨非常友善，前台人员也很帮忙
**购物机械人熊猫送到房门口非常便利
如有机会一定会再居住
其中一个highlight 是地面的酒吧是着名的廊房
所有Cocktail也非常值得一试 超好喝

这次入住北京丽亭酒店（王府井店） 整体体验非常满意。房间干 净整洁、 住得很安心、 酒店也可以帮忙代收包裹、对旅 客来説非常方便。员工都非常友善、乐于助人、 有任佢 问题都会耐心协助。酒店地点真的很棒、 靠近地铁站; 周边吃的选择很多、无论出行还是用餐都很方便。
唯一的小缺点是冬天 （13-19 Dec） 房间里稍微有点 热、 尝试调整空调效果不明显。不过后来发现其实可以 开窗通风、 房问马上就凉快了。窗帘设计也很贴心、 有 布帘和 paper shield 两层、 只要把布帘拉开、关上 paper shield, 就能兼顾采光和私隐。整体来説还是非 常推荐的一家酒店、 下次来还会考虑入住。

我一个妈妈带孩子去北京旅游，选了评价较好的丽亭酒店。果真没有选错。
1）地理位置很好。地铁8号线（900米），5号线（250米）很近。 但又不是直接靠马路，很安静。
2）房间非常乾净、舒适。
3）最重要的是是服务很棒，大家都很热情。
尤其是Feya和Wendy太热情了！
我和孩子都很开心。
很幸运升级到套房，晚上孩子在卧室里睡觉时，我可以在客厅安心工作。
4） 酒店里还有自助午餐和晚餐，68.8元/人，孩子是48.8元。这个非常值得。性价比非常高。
主食也有，饮料水果等… 强烈推荐！
5） 唯一小小的不足的地方是… 吹风机是老式的，女士发量多的话需要花点时间。
除此以外都很赞，下次还会住这里！
