have to ask m sid to provides drinking water everyday.
bedsheets only change once during my 7 days stay..
repairs and maintenance of hotel very poor.
broken shower head broken.
water from the shower stall flows out to the toilet bowl area.
ceiling light above ceiling flicking thru out stay not replaced.
suspicious over the daily changing of towels everyday.
will not stay there again.

I spent three weeks in China visiting different cities, and for the last three days, I stayed in Beijing. This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, there was no warmth or hospitality—just outright refusal to assist. The staff repeatedly dismissed every request with a blunt ‘No’ without offering alternatives. To make matters worse, I was assigned a room facing the railway tracks, where the constant train noise made it impossible to rest. The entire hotel reeked of stale cigarettes, and the odor in my room was unbearable. When I politely asked to switch rooms, I was met with an immediate and unprofessional ‘No, no!!!’. Due to these intolerable conditions, I had no choice but to cut my stay short and cancel the second night.

Clean with basic amenities. Good location within walking distance from Guomao Train Station. Relatively cheap for travellers. Near to local eateries. Will consider it if visit Beijing again.

The hotel is conveniently located near buses, subways, shopping centers, it is clean, the staff is friendly and professional, speaks English, even though I speak very little English and Chinese, I had a great time because I was both patient and willing to help, it is already the second time and it is now my favorite hotel, I am a pensioner and the price of the room is very good for me, I will come back again if it is convenient because it is a family environment.

Location hotel near 2 sub way Guomao Station 1 km. and Shuangjing Station 1.2 km. but I can ride bike go to sub way convenience for me. If you hungry food store near hotel there has local food and also delicious too .The staff were very welcoming.
