I will never recommend anyone to stay at Beijing Xiamen Yiho Hotel. Although the hotel is clean, guests are allowed to smoke in their rooms even though the whole building is supposed to be non-smoking. The cigarette smell entered our room, and we were staying with our 2-year-old daughter who has asthma.
We complained twice, but instead of stopping the smokers, the staff asked us to downgrade our room as there were “no other rooms.” Only when we requested a refund did they suddenly say another room was available.
It’s very disappointing that the hotel ignores such a serious health issue. Definitely not suitable for families or anyone sensitive to smoke.

地段闹中取静，较为方便，整体硬件设施符合商务酒店应有的标准，服务意识融入了南方的热情，服务水准尚可，酒店早餐提供了特色沙茶，一时间恍若身在厦门，没有掉丢厦门大厦的特色。但整体和厦门本地酒店比，水准仍有提升空间。

Hotel is close to 2 subway stations - line 10 & 13. From Exit B, turn left, walk up a short stairway & you can see the hotel on your left hand side. The bedroom is clean & spacious, with good soundproofing, most importantly it provides hair conditioner???? will definitely stay here again if I were to come to Beijing again. Highly recommended ????

之前去厦门旅游，住过两次厦门鑫安颐豪酒店，这次算是把好感败光了。先説优点是交通方便，离地铁站近。但是。。。wifi连不上，电话打不通，在小程序申请换个枕头没处理，清洁时有天把饮用水的包装落在房间，还有一天把电卡留下来，外卖没有送上楼。对于这种粗心大意丢三落四的酒店服务非常无语

i were suprissed by the lobby：bright, clean, so did tge room and bedding. the breakfast was excellent on the variety and quality, i wish i could try all of them. definitely will back if there is oppertunity.

Good service and if you have WeChat, you can loan iron, humidifier and free water online. They also have washing machine and if you put clothes in the laundry basket and put the order form, they may put it in the washing machine and dryer for free.
Problems I had is the aircon / heater was not working properly (hotter and hotter) and wifi flaky (speed ok, occasional DC)

酒店离地铁10号线，13号线都很近，去哪都很方便，20年开业的新酒店，到店升级成套间??整体装修很舒适，床品很舒服

位置 两条地铁交汇处，但是带娃还是推荐打车，北京地铁换乘太累 人也多了

双床房只有一个带靠背的椅子略显小气。打扫时候一会儿四瓶水一会儿六瓶水一会儿不给小毛巾一会儿不给新拖鞋，感觉稳定性有点问题。
早餐非常不错，点赞，沙茶烫蔬菜很好吃还很健康。
洗衣房有些一般，建议换成商用的洗衣烘乾机提升体验。
地理位置很好，出行很方便。
