酒店位置很好，离大学很近，尤其前台小杨服务超级棒，赠送我们小礼物，每天都有水果。感觉特别的好，住的也很舒服，以后再次入住西郊就找小杨了

比较有历史的酒店了，所有楼比较旧了，但有部分家俱做了翻新，还是不错的，满足所有的需求。服务员都很热情。离清华很近，酒店里有很多清华的客人。应该是离清华较近的性价比比较高的酒店了吧。推荐！

I was staying at the Xijiao hotel for a longer period and, for sure on my next visit to Beijing I will choose it. The hotel is a real resort, with no less than 9 buildings, the rooms are for all tastes, clean and equipped for the standards of a 4-star hotel. Personally, I don't have much to object to, I was satisfied. If something is missing from the room, such as an iron, the problem can be easily and immediately solved at the reception.
But it is not the rooms that are the strong point of the hotel, but the staff, especially Mrs. Xiaocao whom I was lucky enough to meet right at the time of check-in. I have never met a person who is so friendly, warm and constantly willing to solve any problem I faced. Any question I had, any doubt, any help was offered immediately, and with maximum professionalism. I know well that in China most of the staff are professionals, but Mrs. Xiaocao exceeded my expectations. I recommend this hotel to everyone for the very good service, and I hope you get to know the wonderful staff there.

Was clean enough but carpet is pretty badly stained so it doesn’t exactly feel clean. Location was great for what I needed, right next to BLCU. The amenities as advertised are misleading, the pool is not under the hotel and you this have to pay 50 RMB to use it. It is also open to the public and has lots of children doing their swimming lessons there. The same building has a small gym with some pretty low quality equipment that is 25 RMB to use. The bowling alley is the best deal in the complex in my opinion. I will come back to bowl I am sure.

酒店院内环境整体幽静雅致，非常适合带孩子入住。我们预订的行政间，入住时即有欢迎水果和游泳权益赠送，更惊喜的是暑期专属礼包还包含了圆明园门票。入住期间发生了一个小插曲：携程预订页面注明房型含小食品，但实际入住时未看到。经向客服反映后，酒店迅速补送了两份。特别感谢客户经理小草，不仅及时致歉，还贴心地为宝宝准备了玩具，服务响应和处理态度都值得肯定。对咯，还有一个小建议，沐浴液按压不太好用，望改进。

酒店离清华北大很近，有免费停车场，非常重要??老牌五星，房间设备有点年头了，但是不妨碍使用，酒店有很棒的游泳池，标准泳池水质很好，清华大学报到还有专用的免费班车，还送了圆明园门票。

酒店环境不错，院内绿化赏心悦目，地理位置优越，出行方便。前台客户经理小草的服务是加分项！她态度亲切，处理事情利落又细致。最让我们惊喜的是退房时，小草特意给孩子送上了有纪念意义的伴手礼，这份用心和体贴超出了预期～感谢

孩子清华报到，住在这个酒店，宾馆环境很好，地理位置号，酒店得知是周边学校报到学子还提前帮忙代收快递，还特意准备了中巴免费送学生去学校，很暖心，客户经理小辉服务也非常热情周到，很不错的酒店。

北京西郊宾馆服务一流，暖心，5星好评!
因为孩子骑车意外摔伤，当时远在上海的我非常担心。但西郊宾馆专业、高效又充满人情味的服务，让我在焦虑中感受到了极大的温暖和安慰。由于情况紧急，我预订时平台只剩单间，但两个孩子需要标间。客户经理小草了解情况后，第一时间帮忙协调出了标间，还非常细心地安排了主楼的房间，这样出入更方便。更让我们感动的是后续的细节服务。考虑到孩子脚部受伤，提前准备了轮椅和冰块，还贴心地在孩子脚下多加了两个枕头垫着——这个小细节让我们感觉像家人一样被关怀。从礼宾部到前台，每一位员工都非常友善。礼宾部的小马主动帮忙推轮椅、运送行李，整个过程无缝衔接，极大缓解了我们的不便和紧张。小草和她的团队所展现的不仅是标准化服务，更是发自内心的、超越期待的关怀。再次向小草经理、礼宾部员工以及所有提供帮助的酒店团队成员表示衷心感谢！强烈推荐这家酒店，这里有一群最可爱、最专业的人！
