Went for buffet dinner to celebrate our Anniversary. Since we were travelling with kid and infant, informed them over email and got the confirmation. But, they ruined our special day. Last year also, we booked one night staycation to celebrate our Anniversary. I had some queries, so emailed them. But no response. Called them, but the receiver lady was rude, did not have basic courtesy. Because of their dont care attitude, at last minute we cancelled the booking. Only after online review, they responded at very last minute. But, it was too late and the response was very very cold. Anyway, this year, we thought of give it a second try. Since its JW Marriot brand, we thought, this year at least they will not do the same. But, I was wrong. First of all, they do not care about customer satisfaction and they do not value your special day. They never called or email me to know whether I have any special request. It is sad they dont know what is Personalisation and Customisation means. How can you do that after knowing that the guests already faced service issue previously?? My request to JW Marriot Bengaluru team, please dont do such things with any of our guest. You do not have any right to ruin your guests special day. Sad part is that, in the confirmation email, many Senior People were there in email loop, most of them in Director position, still this happened. While having dinner, I had chat with one of the senior member and I understood they completely forgot about our booking. Coming to the food, it was horrible. Very limited menu and most of the items were cold. How can you serve cold biriyani?? We actually could eat properly. I had chat with the chef and he agreed the cold food issues. I am giving 2 star just because of the restaurant staff. They were super helpful. They tried their best to provide us a comfortable dining experience. Another reason is that, due to bad dining experience, they did not charge us for dinner. Thats really a nice gesture from the team. Avoid this hotel if possible, specially never plan any special day here.

Excellent service. We stayed for 10 days and our housekeeping experience was outstanding. Want to call out Aithili and Abbhishek for their attention to detail and leaving small tokens of gratitude in the room from flowers to fruit to just going the extra mile with keeping our suite stocked with what we wanted before we even knew we wanted it.

I spent 1 week in this hotel. My room was very nice and very clean. Always a nice attention with flowers on the bed. 2 king beds only for me , the bathroom includes shower and big bath. The breakfast was outstanding with good tastes (special thanks for the bread) Service room was very kind with special attention ( special thanks to Malesh!) For my next staying in Bangalore, I am surely come back to th same hotel

Big thanks to khushi, sukhpal, nishant, Bipul, and Santana. Each member went above and beyond to make my long stay pleasant. The JW is a nice hotel centrally located in the city.

Experience has been truly world class, right from the food to the front desk, hospitality and the complete staff. The daily housekeeping services by Paogoudal was exceptional. I would highly recommend this to anyone hosting business events or doing personal dinner/lunch/bfast.
