设施：整体感觉舒服设施较新，酒店有个免费的露天泳池，孩子多一个好玩地方。
衞生：酒店衞生乾净，细节上还是比较到位的。
环境：酒店环境舒适，除了酒店外还有一个游玩的小镇，打卡拍照很出片，走累了又可以回酒店休息。
服务：前台态度很好，有耐心。
周日周一出游时人少些逛起来很舒服。

We stayed on a 2 Beds Single room with a Nice scenic View of Hallstatt Village. The front disk Manger Elsie was so Accommodating, Helpful and Kind always checking on us on what we need. She was also a Good on speaking English. also giving us some complimentary gifts and others.
Also the restaurant staff Joey was so accommodating and prepping us some late diner and also attending on us on the morning breakfast.
If you want to have a relaxing place to stay, walk around Hallstatt village will really recommend this place. people here are so nice and Kind.
Really enjoyed the stay....

Great hotel with lots to do. Unfortunately did not have enough time to enjoy the amenities. Also, Xiao Pan at the front desk was very helpful.

The room was cozy and comfortable, with a nice view of the city. I appreciated the attention to detail in the decor, which gave the room a warm and inviting feel. The bed was soft and plush, and I had a great night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked with toiletries. Overall, I was impressed with the room and felt right at home.The service is very good 香香[强][强]

Good for one night if you are visiting the Austrian village. There is not much to do in the area at night as all stores and restaurants close at 7pm, but the hotel has great views, and nice breakfast.

A great little resort and perfect for families. We had a car so we drove to the mountains and did some rafting and ate in some 农家乐！The pool was the highlight for my kids they spent most of their time there. Complimentary breakfast was simple yet fulfilling. House keeping was always more than happy to bring us more towels for the pool and bottled water. We book two rooms and stayed two night and no complaints from my family. You are a little away from shops though so having a car was an advantage. Lots of beautiful gardens perfect for morning walks. Will come back again.

店里装修非常有特色，注重细节，非常适合📷拍照，挺出片的，酒店环境很好，坐落在前有湖后有山的地段，好风好水，酒店设施及服务更是值得点赞，下午茶和早晚餐都很精致，尤其是晚餐还每桌送了蛋糕。床铺非常舒适，被子松软适宜，当晚参加完活动后，美美的睡了一个好觉。
