  All the staff were friendly. Although they forgot to make up the room and Just did it on the evening. The bathtub tiles were badly chipped.Lots of cockroaches on the bathroom and sink. Sadly, i did not have the energy to request for a room change. I was thinking they gave us a bad room because we requested an early check in.

  The bathtub cant fill water properly, the drainage is not totally sealed, second the air-condition isn't good, its not cold.

  Convenient location, value for money, good amenities , free breakfast, but needs some little bit of renovation. Excellent staff, very accommodating and good services.. I would consider coming back in this hotel. Thanks Crown Regency Beach Resort for the good experience

  Check in was fast. Staff and security were friendly. Great location in front of the beach. But the resort seems old and the floor in the room was sticky. 3 options of pool to relax in. Booked a deluxe room even though I was alone. Room was big. The towels were worn out though.

  饭店的设施很老旧，我们的房间在四可是楼电梯坏的不能使用， 优点是地理位置不错就在海滩旁边，但是你没法在房间看到海景

  Kuddos to the staff, they are so approachable and always smiling. It’s really the hotel than gives a negative feedbacks. The room smells old. The comfort room smells bad. No room slippers, toothbrush, and toothpaste??. Overall, I won’t come back again.
