前台服务人员十分体贴，并且窝心。附近邻近布鲁塞尔大广场，步行几分钟便可到达。楼下附近很好饭食肆，十分方便。十分多景点步行前往即可。

很特别的四人间，全家住得很满意。酒店位置一流，中央火车站步行十分钟内，景点近在咫尺，酒店早餐选择多，方便旅行。

駅やグランプラスから近く安全。部屋は天井が高く、バスローブやアイロンもあり。USBポートが不具合だった。ロビーの対応も良し。朝食は野菜类が少なかったが、クロワッサンが美味しかった。

地理位置很好，不但近火车站，而且距离景点也很近。开始给的房间在地牢，虽然有窗，但是空气不流通，而且冷气不够，要开风扇。后来第二晚换了房间，在楼上，就没有那么闷热。服务不错，服务员友善。

Great Stay at Alma Hotel – Perfect Location and Friendly Service
It was my first time in Brussels, so I was looking for a hotel in a convenient location — and Alma Grand Place Hotel turned out to be the perfect choice. It’s just a short walk from Grand Place, surrounded by restaurants and many popular attractions.
From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. Ms. Alejandra was especially friendly and helpful. She took the time to recommend great local restaurants and patiently helped us find more places to explore during our stay.
The breakfast was also very good, offering a nice start to each day.
Overall, I’m very happy we chose Alma Hotel and would recommend it to anyone visiting Brussels for the first time.

房间比较小，没有阳台，设施比较旧，前台服务可以，离火车站比较近，附近餐饮比较多，但是房间价格较贵，相当于国内200以下的房间。

Our stay was quite an experience, as we found ourselves in a unique underground basement apartment. While it felt a bit odd to have to climb upstairs to reach the bedroom, it added a quirky charm to our stay. However, we did encounter a mysterious puddle in front of the door that raised a few eyebrows!
The TV was mounted a bit too high in the corner, which made for some interesting viewing angles. On a brighter note, the staff were incredibly friendly and eager to assist, making us feel welcome. Plus, the location couldn’t be better—ideally situated close to everything you could want.

The Alma Hotel has an excellent location , all attractions are just minutes waking distance away. The frant desk staffs are very helpful and friendly. We have free room upgrade.
