As the name suggests this is a charming hotel with exceptional staff. The individual suites are spacious and very comfortable at the end of a day exploring. The rooftop restaurant is a destination in itself- so good we didn’t bother going anywhere else. A delightful way to experience the real Cairo that you wouldn’t get in an expensive chain hotel. We knew about the noise from the surrounding markets and coffee houses before we booked. It was definitely there but didn’t stop us sleeping soundly- didn’t need the ear plus provided by the hotel. If you are sensitive to noise and can’t manage steps this place isn’t for you. We loved it though.

You can’t ask for a better location for a hotel! The staff were extremely kind and always willing to help! The food was amazing, the room was massive and had great food! They have ear plugs if you are a light sleeper because it is the heart of the city. Would love to stay again in the future!

Hotel meraviglioso dove si respiura l'aria di un tempo che non c'è più, l'Hotel si trova nella parte islamica della città, un quartiere ricco di storia. L'Hotel è incantevole con camere perfettamente in stile tipico, la nostra camera era molto grande e pulita. Si trova lungo la via piuù commerciale de Il cairo, quindi c'è molta gente fino a tarda notte e se si ha il sonno leggero, potrebbe essere un elemento negativo. Servizio ottimo, personale cortese e disponibile, la colazione è abbondante e preparata sul momento servita al roof top con vista sulla città. Consiglio anche la cena al ristorante Zeeyara, che offre piatti egiziani buonissimi e in porzioni molto abbondanti a ottimi prezzi. Suggerito a chi vuole vivere la parte storica della città.

Everything is perfect: location, structure, rooms, personnel, food. Max comfort and kindness. They can answer to any guest's desire or problem. Much more above my expectations. Very good prices. This is real Cairo. Absolutely not to miss!!!

Very chic hotel. The room was exactly the same as it shows on the website, plus it is actually very clean and smells so good once you enter the property. They paid good attention to details, and everything is impeccable from bed linens, bathroom amenities and decorations. Inside the rooms it is very quiet, even though music is blasting from the parties outside. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. It feels great to return to such a nice place after overwhelming day out in the Souk. Their rooftop restaurant has lots of delicious choices at very reasonable prices. Don't forget to visit their little balcony on the first floor.

Abbiamo soggiornato al The Charme Hotel Riad durante il nostro viaggio al Cairo, posizionato nella parte islamica della città, un quartiere affascinante e ricco di storia. L’hotel colpisce subito per il suo stile tradizionale e l’atmosfera intima. Le camere sono molto ampie e luminose, arredate con gusto, anche se alcune piccole imperfezioni nella manutenzione fanno sì che la struttura non raggiunga del tutto gli standard di un cinque stelle. La pulizia è buona e costante, e il personale si è dimostrato sempre gentile, attento e disponibile per ogni esigenza. La colazione è varia e soddisfacente, con opzioni dolci e salate. Una menzione speciale va al ristorante dell’hotel, davvero ottimo, con piatti curati e saporiti che meritano di essere provati anche da chi non soggiorna nella struttura. L’unico vero limite è rappresentato dal rumore notturno: la vivacità del quartiere si fa sentire fino a tarda notte, e può disturbare il riposo, soprattutto per chi ha il sonno leggero. Nel complesso, un soggiorno piacevole in un luogo suggestivo, ideale per chi vuole immergersi nell’anima autentica del Cairo, tenendo conto però del contesto vivace e un po’ rumoroso della zona.

O hotel fica no centro do Cairo antigo, vc sai na rua e tudo está acontecendo, fica a 5 minutos a pé do mercado . O atendimento é ótimo. Sayrg foi muito atencioso. O hotel n?o é novo , mas está meticulosamente decorado, cada quarto com um tema. O café da manh? n?o é buffet , vem em por??es , vc pode pedir repeti??es ou adicionais. Preste aten??o : o hotel fica numa rua barulhenta , o som é alto até 2 ou 3 da manh?. A internet n?o é estável. Nós adoramos e certamente voltaríamos.

カイロの昔ながらの雰囲気、イスラムの香りをを味わいたくて、このホテルに2泊滞在しました。
贵重なロケーションと建物と部屋の雰囲気は自分の想像通りで素晴らしく、选んで良かったと思いました。
更にスタッフの皆さんの対応が予想以上で、入口のセキュリティに立っているアタラさん、フロントのサブリさん、客室など全般を见てくれたアブダッラさんをはじめ全员谁一人例外なく良い感じでした！
屋上のレストランは室内と屋外があって、夕食、朝食共に座る场所を选べます。朝食は３つの定食があり、２日目に食べた「カントリー」は薄く焼いたパイに蜂蜜と豆のパウダーで作った（自分の分析なので违ったらごめんなさい）シロップをかけるスイーツが良かった。
ネガティブな意见としてあった２点。騒音と车でのアクセスについて。
?建物が木造で隣室や上阶の音と外の喧騒、そして近隣の夕食时の音楽は确かに良く闻こえてきます。ベッドサイドには新品の耳栓が置いてあります。个人的にはそれらを体験しに行ってるのと平気で寝られるほうなので问题ありませんでしたが、ひとつアドバイスすると４阶は上阶がレストランなので人の足音や椅子を引く音がしてきます。避けたい场合は２阶や３阶をリクエストするのが良いと思います。
?确かに车が入れない交通规制のエリアで仆が着いた夕方の时间帯は人や商店の搬入车両もあってタクシーが入り难いようです。仆はタクシーを周辺の大きな道路で降りてハンドキャリーで6-7分歩いて到着し、帰りも同様に大通りに出てからUberを呼びました。ただ、午后の早い时间帯までは人通りは少ないです。ホテルに闻いたら、荷物が多い等で车でアクセスしたい场合には事前に相谈してくださいとのことでした。

El hotel és bonito en su decoración tipo riad y la atención y servicio es correcta, pero su ubicación en pleno centro del casco antiguo hace que esté rodeada de mucho ruido. Quería un hotel cercano al aeropuerto porque llegaba tarde por la noche y al día siguiente tenía que volver al aeropuerto muy temprano. La agencia que habíamos contratado nos puso en este hotel y la verdad es que no pude pegar ojo en toda la noche, una experiencia muy desagradable y más cuando acabas de llegar cansado del viaje y tienes que madrugar al día siguiente (uno solo quiere descansar y reponer fuerzas). El ruido no solamente procedía de la vida nocturna de las calles (voces y música sobretodo), sino también del propio hotel. Se oía a la gente que pasaba por los pasillos, que subía y bajaba, el ascensor, alguien pasando un aspirador en varios momentos, ruido de agua (duchas, ca?erías), etc... Todo esto no dejó de cesar en toda la pu?etera noche. Para más inri, el colchón era duro como una piedra. Tampoco creo que fuera la habitación más bonita del hotel la "belly dance"... Experiencia infernal. Por otra parte (y cosas del destino), en nuestro último día en El Cairo, nuestro guía nos llevó a comer a la azotea del hotel, eso sí puedo recomendarlo. Buena comida y buenas vistas.
