Terrible. I booked 4 nights but I checked out on 3rd day.Terrible rooms,floors dirty ,towels are old, overused,grayish instead of white!As we checked out the staff check the room,asked us to wait for like 30mins and want to charge us P800 pesos for the already dirty towel that was dropped on the floor and blamed us for the dirty towel,we explained that the floor is dirty and we dropped the dirty towel,they argued that we pay,I was ready to exchange my own white towel than get charge a ridiculous $15 dirty towel!they argued and argued wasted our time.ceiling has water damage. Toilet doesn't flush on the other room I paid and the sink drain so slow that when you brush teeth water filled up so quickly!didn't even get the refund I canceled for 1 night!Terrible rooms and staff!at end of argument I refused to pay $15 dirty towel!that is like 10yr old towel!small fridge provided but it's a freezer!I put yougurt and it was frozen!

Quick and efficient checked-in and checked-out. Hotel staff courteous, attentive and helpful. The location is strategic and along the rotunda you can have all the fast food centers you wanted to visit.

The hotel is in the circle of fuente location is good depend on your itinerary, just ok not as impressive the room is small no window, nice firm bed soft pillow, the water pressure is good the hot water will take about 5 mins before getting warm, the provide bottle water no coffee or hot tea nor kittle so if your coffee drinking this is not good for you. Big place but I don't see any other guest in the same floor. I just tried this hotel to find out the deference from other, if I can get other hotel in the same price I rather choice other.

The room is already old, the flooring or carpet room is dirty. The bath and shower are not functioning well. But the service is good and the staff are attentive. The breakfast is super good as well as the food in the restaurant.

We stayed 4days 3nights. The Breakfast is not bad. They dont have hair dryer so I dry my hair at the aircon.
The hotel was old. The door is hard to open. But they have a restaurant that have a singer at night you can drink or dance to enjoy your night

Their location is in the middle of the City. It is convenient for us first timers. Taxis are everywhere, Robinson’s Mall, Pharmacy, and Restaurant. The room we booked was good for 3 people. It was a bit old but overall fine. Spacious room for 3 people. However, the breakfast style posted in trip.com was “buffet” but then the receptionist said it was only applicable for selected days. I suggest updating your information in trip.com.

The room is clean and the breakfast is good too.
The staffs are very friendly and helpful.
Will book again soon whenever I'm going to visit Cebu City!
