  设施：订的大床房，唯一就是电视有点小，哈哈哈哈 衞生：非常好，一进去空调已经打开，房间乾乾净净 环境：周边环境漂亮，安静??，入住非常舒服 服务：服务态度非常好，进门就看到准备好的水果，而且已洗乾净，品质也是非常好，一个桃一个苹果，一个莲蓬，小冰箱准备了饮料，外卖也是小机器人送至房间，安全系数也极高，首选之住，十分推荐

  酒店到长沙南高铁站很近。这次是开会，酒店接待服务做得不错。宾客服务经理黄建Cetus得知第二天的回程在下午2:00之后，主动帮忙延迟和代办退房，令这次出差得到了很好的休息和缓冲。下次出差还会选择施柏阁酒店。环境好，房间大、升级的套房非常舒适。

  酒店环境超级好，绝对超五星级别，在国际会议中心开会，施柏阁酒店是最好的，前台还给升级到了大观酒店，值得再次入住

  Nice location as we were there for business purposes. It is connected to the convention hall. The hotel is 10 minute drive to a Shopping mall with lots of food.

  The hotel is right next to the Congress Center and connected to it via a covered walkway. Great spacious rooms with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities. Everything is clean, neat, functional and has a stylish design. At first, the check-in did not go well due to a mistake by the receptionist, but the manager Victor did everything and even more so that this incident did not leave an unpleasant impression. The breakfast is not very varied. The pool on the 28th floor is excellent. Overall, the impression is good.
