说是宝藏酒店一点没错，虽然是民宿的标准，但是服务绝对超过很多挂星酒店，离地铁站真的不远，酒店细节很棒，比如不管是大人还是的牙刷质感就很棒，超出普通酒店很民宿，每日的矿泉水也不是没听过的杂牌子，前台小姐姐以及工作人员态度都特别棒，孩子临时要打印作业，小姐姐也是一口答应，对待问题也是尽职尽责，亲地理位置就是太平街北门。进出方便的很。价格亲民，有的大床没有窗户，这种房间唯一不好就是实在太暗了。哈哈

地址就在太平老街，地铁出来400米，超容易找，我很喜欢他们酒店的建筑风格。前台小姐姐们友善有礼，房间跟网上看到的一样干净整齐，洗手间淋浴室的墙绝对不污渍不是脏，是砖本身的纹路。只是躺门在设计上不能如厕和淋浴同时进行(可以啦，同住人不介意就行了哈)。
最满意就是床铺软硬适中超舒服，被子又轻又松软。退房后，我们坐在2楼的阳台，天气转凉，前台小姐姐还细心地送上热茶，加分加分！硬要说改善的地方应该是wifi吧，不稳定常断线。但下次来长沙我还是会选这一间的。

设施：还算可以，只因自己太矮，浴室毛巾架太高了????
卫生：很好，很干净
环境：还算安静??，因为带来月龄婴儿，总体还是可以的
服务：非常好，很配合我们提出的要求
下次再来，还是会选择这里的，这次体检不错，没有踩雷，比较喜欢那个小阳台，茶艺没有体验，主要带着孩子不方便，下次再来一定会试试这里的茶艺

房间干净，看得出来老板很用心。位置非常好，就在太平老街里面，下楼逛吃非常方便，离五一广场也很近。离很多景点也很近。家庭旅行入住体验感很好。特别是酒店提供洗衣服服务，酒店喜好、烘干了再给我们，长期旅行还是挺需要的。100米周围茶颜悦色有5家

i stayed 1 night at this hotel and it was really clean new hotel. The location is excellent as it was located very closed to old taiiping street where it sold a lot of foods and it was nice for walking around.
i will definitely come back to this hotel in the future if i am back to changsha in the future.

Lovely attentive and friendly staff, quiet hotel in busy tourist area with many restaurants all around. Very clean and fresh accommodation. Was fortunate to get a balcony room. Second level reception very clean and welcoming with tables and chairs to relax and grab a complementary tea freshly brewed. . Great staff, super clean. Highly recommend to westerners as well.

Very recommended for fellow Malaysia travellers to stay at this hotel, very clean, staff is super polite, location is just right in front of smelly tauhu shop at Taiping old street.5 minutes walk to train station. Walking distance to wuyi stadium n pozi street.

Helpful staff, great location, and nice room with a balcony
We are welcome with a box of snacks, which is refilled daily. The tea experience is exciting and fascinating.
The room is pretty spacious with a balcony for people watching and relaxing.
We really enjoy walking around Taiping street which is quite close to everything.
Most importantly, staff are willing to help. One of them taught us how to do the tea ceremony and another even offered us her umbrella when running into us at the entrance of the hotel. We’re moved by these little acts of kindness they give.
Overall, we highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to experience both hustle bustle and traditional vibes.
