位置：在市中心，地铁需要稍稍走几步。门口小箱子在修路，导致车辆开不进去，拖着行旅箱走出巷子才能打到车；卫生：走道地毯真的是有一股奇怪的味道 ，希望商家重视。其他性价比还是可以，楼下免费咖啡机可以用

.The location of the hotel is excellent. We could walk to the main shopping street less than 20 minutes. The hotel’s staffs are very friendly and helpful. We also got a surprise gift after checking out which is very nice. We really had a great time. Thank you so much.

The staffs were friendly, helpful and efficient in their work. The location was excellent. The hotel was very clean and tidy. There were plenty of eating shops, groceries and other conveniences around. The Metro station entrance at the Wanda Plaza was only 5 minutes walk. The famous Taiping Old Street was another 5 minutes away. For meat lovers and food adventurers, Taiping Old Street is a must. The hotel has certainly embraced the AI era by using a cute robot to do the delivery work. I hope more hotels will follow soon. One area needs to be improved. This is regarding the direction to the hotel for guests from overseas like me. More direction signs be placed at strategic locations. At the same time a more detailed map be included in the website to guide the guests. Overall this hotel is highly recommended. My wife and I had a great time.

Good location, opposite Taiping street, you can walk from Taiping to Wuyi Square then stop at the hotel
Furniture is too old fashion (for me)
Bathroom and shower room is seperate but share the door, why design like this???

A gem of a hotel, close to shops, bars, night life. Hotel staff very helpful and speak English very well. The coffee lounge is a great idea, you can sit and relax and use the facilities at will. The housekeeping is definitely 5 star rating. I recommend this hotel without hesitation , a have/will re book this hotel when I return to the area in a couple of weeks

They initially collected only 1 night payment when i have booked for 5 night, not sure why. I later on faced some issues with payment as they then asked for payment & i only have international card it took a really long time to resolve it. Overall, it is still ok & the room was quite comfortable. I really liked the location as it’s very convenient.

Good location in the center of changsha. Close to subway station and restaurants. Just next to big shopping mall
