很少写点评，这次住的火大来写一下避雷。
设施：当地消费水平来説也不算便宜酒店了，但是衞浴设备很差，马桶没有品牌，批发价500的那种，抽水很糟糕。淋浴头无法固定，只能一直手拿着。地漏也比较恶心。
环境：因为是周五去住，给我2178房间，第一次来龙之梦，并不知道这是烟花房，前台也没有提过一句。我以为看不清楚烟花全貌，还去景区看的，回来才发现在房间看烟花更好。不告诉我我怎么知道是烟花房？很生气
服务：最让我们生气的就是服务。入住时候前台女的特别冷漠，全程机械式没有抬头看过我们一眼，态度极其差，那前台换成机器人或者自助好了。全季如家都没有态度这么差的。后来有问题谘询前台，不是新来的搞不清楚就是态度很差的老油条员工。员工培训这块稀烂。
退房写好评送礼品，根本不想要。希望酒店工作人员不要再这么冷漠了。

提前一个月定的古镇景观房，结果临行前崴了脚，因为腿脚不便，楼下前台登记的时候特地説需要观景位好点的烟花房，因为古镇也不可能下去了。前台小姐姐蛮耐心，给了一个位置极好的景观房，如图，绝美位置，烟花，打铁花统统可以看到。
入住前一天，会有管家联系你，告知酒店位置及相应注意事项及周边旅游攻略，服务贴心，回覆也是基本秒回，联系管家需要水，纸巾，二话不説送到门口，超级点赞管家小欣。
空调很暖和，房间很大，有一个观景小阳台，房间还配备沙发及2张圆桌，热水全天供应，离古镇也近，酒店大厅一楼看攻略有虎园，可惜去的时候在升级，大堂还有便利店，小零食店，卖糖葫芦，卖咖啡，卖鸡蛋仔的应有尽有。
提前一个月订房间才500多，性价比也高，超五星好评

Location is good, and across the street is the longzimong park, and we enjoyed park very much because the hotel gave us the ticket to the park. The park has the fireworks at night which was excellent.
Room is clean and breakfast is fine.
People need to know the DiDi in this location not want to pick up people during the day and worse at night. I called the DiDi many times they did not show up. Other driver told me because DiDi driver not willing to pick up people travel in short distance , but it is too far for people to walk from one park to another park. Often, driver will ask people to pay double and triple the price.

酒店衞生整洁，阳台上可以直接看烟花表演，早餐品种丰富多样营养好吃，服务人员态度都非常好，酒店一楼还可以看老虎，马路对面就是太湖古镇

The hotel is located just opposite to the holiday resort. It can easily access to many scenic places in the city, not to mention to walk across to the resort.
The hotel's services are very good. The rooms are clean and tidy.
The buffet breakfast is an add on.

It was an amazing trip. Unforgettable memories with this place. Hotel was nice. Tbh gor the 5 star hotel can be little bit better, for example no mini bar at room , more bathing stuff (coat). But generally it’s nice . The room was really nice and clean. View from the room relaxing and beautiful.
The staff was very friendly and kind. They gave some gifts to my son because it was his birthday.

The hotel has a nice view with a balcony where you can see the fireworks at night, which is very nice. One to one housekeeper, Xiao Zhou's service is very good.
