服务很好，还有专门的管家，很贴心，还送了水果。正逢生日过来，客服部很贴心还布置了下，很喜欢，谢谢啦。非常有心。地毯上毛发较多，可以多吸吸，也有可能我穿的是白裤子，所以特别粘毛，明显。对了，正好还看到喂食大白虎，挺幸运的

第一次来太湖龙之梦，选择了钻石酒店，高铁湖州站打车来不远，二十来分钟就能到，酒店环境很好，办理入驻很快，还有专属小管家果果也是尽心尽责，酒店去太湖演艺城大概1.2km，带着小孩和长者，不选择走路的话，有接驳车一人一次五元，也可以打车，都很方便。不过平时想看那里烟花可能看不到，但胜在环境好，比较安静，早餐品种也很丰富，在27楼，风景不错，餐厅员工也很热情。当然小朋友最爱的是一楼看白虎喂食。下次还会再来??

服务：七七管家服务很到位有问必答。
衞生：挺乾净的玻璃擦的很乾净
设施：空调太吵了，（风速最低了）关了冷开了睡不着，其他都还可以。
酒店楼下有白虎很新奇，套票里有动物园和滑雪 比较方便，进其他景区也半价，整体体验很不错。

入住等了近一个小时…走廊抬头就能看到大面积的漏水…早餐像是领救济粮…离所有景点最远的一个酒店…坐接驳车还要收费…10元一位…古镇沿岸全是露天酒吧…没法凭栏拍照…动物园投喂动物全给东百人承包了…人多拥挤…对着一个游客説“我做生意你挡我门口乾嘛”…很难想象这是一个动物园…我觉得我踏马像动物…小火车运力不足就不足…还私家车多导致小火车排队需要超过3个小时…无力吐槽…给钱都不来…

泡芙小管家很不错，钻石酒店环境很好，晚上休息时候隔音挺好。早上的自助餐风景很好，口味也不错。地理位置很好，距离乐园和古镇都很近，开车五六分钟就可以到了。下次去湖州还会选择。

酒店规模较大，外观设计的非常有特色，应该属于周边标志性建筑。
酒店内外环境优美，下次再来。

We booked 2 rooms and one of the room came with a stench and we managed to get a room change. After changing, the next room came in a dirty state especially the bath tub and the TV wasn't working. Since it was already late at night when we checked-in, we decided not to change room another time.
Overall, it was a bad experience for a 5 star hotel which was recommended as a must-stay in this area.

Massive hotel with really a lot of rooms, dedicated to mass tourism in the nearby entertainment area.
Location is more quiet than other Hotels in the area.
Room was nice and quite clean. Public areas starts to show wearing due to high presence. A couple of broken glass on the balcony (on very high floor) in the vaste breakfast area. Talking about breakfast, feeling was not good at all. Too many people, organized but chaotic and personnel always on the run that can’t follow your request properly. Public areas are ok, many shops, but few entertainments. Honestly, considering that other hotels are even worse, next time will be just a daily trip.
