This hotel has a good location near Chaohu Lake, providing beautiful views while still close to the city. The breakfast selection is decent, though the breakfast area got crowded during peak times. The staff is friendly and always willing to assist. However, the rooms can be a bit noisy, and some of the outdoor facilities are in need of maintenance, which slightly detracts from the overall experience. Ideal for a short stay, but a few improvements would enhance comfort.
Taller travelers will feel the beds are too short.

We had a great time staying here. The whole place is beautiful. The hotel staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. Desserts were complimentary, and the breakfast was delicious. The balcony overlooking the lake was breathtaking, and the room was spacious and clean. We’ll definitely come back.

A.整体感受：碧桂园酒店入住过多次，老家这家酒店第一次入住，感觉配套设施一应俱全，但是房间明显装修较老旧了，整体风格相对比较单调，但是考虑价格整体给个满意分；B.酒店早餐：早餐比较丰富，特别是水果品种较多，水果也很新鲜，但是沙拉品种就偏少，主要以中式为主，适合中国人口味，10分给个9分；C.酒店服务：服务态度非常热情，临走伴手礼也是比较满意，入住也主动升级房型，10分可以给个满分；D.酒店设施：酒店配套设施很完善，停车非常方便，靠近巢湖，湖光山色交相辉映，很有诗意！整体配套设施给个满分；E.酒店建议：希望可以在酒店房间设施上找到合适的风格，同时相关的房间也需要进行升级，例如可以安装智能马桶，增加一些投影房间或者房间更换大屏电视，另外浴缸可以提供浴盐和一次性浴缸套，小细节上的提升会更加让入住舒适（可惜没有拍照）

酒店所有的服务员都很热情，有礼貌，每次来都选择这家酒店，晚上过来，前台员工笑脸相迎，小刘很贴心，给房间升了级，办理入住也很快，因为是碧桂园的业主，所以很信赖这家酒店，房间整体干净整洁，有阳台，特别适合看风景，客房面积很大，室内无异味，室内设施比较齐全，床特别舒适，还有大浴缸，非常OK，价格也是比较合理的，再者环境也是很不错的每次出差首选碧桂园，服务相当不错。

酒店在巢湖边上，非常不错的景色，晚上到店安排入住发现酒店卫生服务有待提高；大堂接待服务人员真的很热心；提出问题后马上协调升级，接待人员服务态度质量，真的没话说很棒，酒店早餐不错，量多菜品也多非常不错；下次还会入住。酒店有免费停车场。
