1??地理位置
酒店坐落在巢湖半汤温泉度假区，远离城市喧嚣，环境清幽。相对而言，位置略偏，若非自驾，前往巢湖市区或其他景点交通稍显不便，但打车还是比较方便的。建议选择一价全包套餐，吃喝都在酒店不需要出去折腾。打车去老巢县和紫薇洞都差不多20分钟，去巢湖东站15分钟。
2??硬件设施
温泉是核心亮点，户外泡池数量尚可，功能各异，在星空下泡汤体验惬意，其中鱼疗池要单独收费，大人28元小孩20元。酒店整体维护尚可，但部分设施略显陈旧，客房装修风格与家俱能看出年代感。酒店最大的问题是隔音不好，所以建议订别墅或者套房及以上的房型，会安静很多，不影响休息，我们一开始住的豪华山景大床房，睡午觉被吵醒几次，後面酒店给帮换了单卧套房，有个客厅再加一道卧室门阻隔後，睡得很安静。室内恒温泳池、健身房等配套齐全，能满足基本度假需求。
3??服务水平
服务很积极热情，从前台到温泉区，员工态度友善，响应及时，能感受到规范的酒店服务培训。遇到问题时，能得到较为积极的解决。但人多的时候就有点忙乱，我们预订烧烤套餐一波三折，对接了三个人得到的讯息都不一样，希望可以改进一下。酒店的自助早餐和晚餐品质一般，吃饱没问题。小童一价全包的那些项目很多都要在指定时间预约和参与，我们没啥时间，基本没体验。#温泉酒店 #休闲度假酒店 #秋冬泡温泉 #纯天然温泉 #巢湖深业温泉假日度假酒店 #合肥遛娃 #城市中心的天然温泉

房间设施保养的挺好，服务很热情周到，一楼有有趣的娱乐设施，还有一只可爱的柯基，超级可爱！
套餐包含温泉券，秋冬季泡起来很舒服。自制早餐有煎饼??，非常有特色。咖啡机打出来的咖啡很醇厚。
所有的服务员都很友善，非常满意，还会再来。

The hotel is older but they keep it clean and it's paradise for children. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is simple. The dinner is very delicious. The hotel is right next to the hot springs ??We will come back for sure.

It was pretty great trip at chaohu hot spring resort but the frontdesk person was not able to communicate in english so it took long delay to have free BBQ service.

I am not the person who travel and review a lot, but this is one of the places I called Gem in Chaohu.
The rooms is clean and well considered. My daughter enjoyed the views of mountains and balcony. And for kids, this place has a lot of amenities for them: swimming pool, game room, etc.
So I would recommend this place in the area if you have no idea what to do with your kids!
BTW: it has hot spring too, but we don’t have chance to try, will leave it for next trip
