  Great location across street from old city gate. Rooms are nice for the price. Excellent bed and pillows. But management has problems --- at noon check out time, there was only 1 staff to handle all the check in/out and luggage. Also, they cleaned my room even when I had the Do Not Disturb sign turned on -- this is unacceptable! Also, the stupid modern toilet lid kept automatically going up/down with noise, woke me at night. These are easy problems to fix, management needs to fix them.

  Hotel room is nicely decorated, classy and exudes a warm welcoming feeling. Love the balcony attached to the room which was a perfect relaxation area for drinks and chitchat. Huge toilet with separate compartments for shower, long bath, and wc. Special mention to the housekeeper/s for room 8321 who really did a good job with freshening the room, made sure that towels were changed daily and that everything else were replenished. There are food and restaurants within 20m of the hotel and Paifang Street is just across the road. ONE BIG PROBLEM though was that the room temperature was set dead at 25 degC and cannot be adjusted lower which affected my sleep throughout my stay. I requested the front desk to lower my room temperature which they said they could not. Although it is a central air-conditioning system, the air damper can be adjusted. So, in conclusion, I do like the hotel but personally, should I visit Chaozhou again,I would look for another hotel where the temperature can be adjusted.

  房间有点小，没有窗户，只有内走廊窗户，服务很好，市场买了几条当地蒸鱼，想吃是冷的，于是跟老板沟通了一下，老板非常热情，叫厨师帮忙给煎了，很是感动，有种家的感觉，酒店位置相当好，对面就是离牌坊街，小吃街，非常热闹

  酒店性价比很高，装修很有古典味道，保养得很好，大部份设施都有提供，地库车位充足，有专人看着。下次都会入住。周边食店很多选择，首选师头鹅，牛肉火锅。门口有共享电鸡，方便周边游。

  原来定了1+1家庭房，给升级成了套房，2个1.8米的大床，各带一个衞生间，厅正正方方的也比较宽松。就是窗是对着楼内景观的，无实际通风效果。酒店位置很好，就在牌坊街路口，去潮州各个景点都很方便。周边全是吃的，几乎所有潮州美食在100米以内都能找到。

  酒店地理位置非常好，就在古城门外打车非常便利，房间很宽敞，衞生也很棒。细节做得很好，酒店服务人员也很热情友善。

  设施：设施齐全，衞生间敞亮，要是能配备一个身体乳就更好了。 衞生：乾净 环境：地理位置优越，在就古城门口，吃的也多，去看广济桥都灯光秀也方便。
