大半夜帮我们处理很多事情
楼下的肠粉店巨好吃 是我在潮汕吃过的最好吃的肠粉

十分满意，前台的小哥亚姨十分热情，房间十分干净，我租的是江景房吧，房间很大，很舒适，坐在玻璃窗前看着烟雨芒芒的韩江做个午休也是挺写意的，房里面有浴缸，有一次性浴缸套，酒店大堂有冰好的免费瓶装水，雪糕免费任吃任喝，从酒店去牌坊街也只是不到五分钟路程，到西湖就大约十分钟吧，门口附近可停车，如果打车过来就用百度地图叫车，可直达门口，如果用高德地图是定位不了去古城内，20分只是携程的分数上限，不是这酒店的上限

酒店位置在古城旁，离广济楼20分钟步程，酒店非常整洁卫生，服务人员能热心协助客人，到步时会介绍身旁的景点，当日check out后下非常大雨，酒店职员说可以延迟退房，这是有温度的服务，下次到潮州会再光临

The hotel is down a quite back alley at the north of the walled city. This means it's quiet but only 20 minutes walk from the main sites. The rooms are just like the pictures, still fairly new.
Check in was super quick and friendly and we even received free Ice Cream and chilled bottled water. In fact, you can get anytime you are staying here. We took up to the roof garden, which has been done really well.
Chaozhou is a great city but very busy at the weekend. Come midweek if you can.
When we left the boss served us some Chaozhou tea while we waited for the taxi.
If we are in Chaozhou we will stop here again.

Great stay at Chaocheng! The friendly staff really made our stay (especially 小张/小许). It's alittle further from the main area (Guangji Bridge etc) but still very walkable. Being near a didi pickup point is a plus

We have had a fabulous time since arriving at the hotel. We were received by very friendly and helpful receptionists. The room is very clean and is well stuffed with toiletries, the Aircon is cold to my liking but can be adjusted accordingly. The roof terrace is very scenic, however, the views of the Guangjie Bridge is only in partial view.
The location is superb, walkable to all the top attractions.
The hotel breakfast is at nearby with delicious local dishes. The owner is ever so helpful, her service is above and beyond to cater to my mum.
Lastly but not least, we are overall very happy with the service we received from this hotel and will highly recommend anyone looking to look for a 5 star accomodation.
A big shout to receptionist Xiao Yi for her fantastic service.

Walking distance to 牌坊街, the main tourist attraction in the area. Great service and lovely staff. Bed is not as comfortable but location is perfect for a 1 night stay.

Great clean and modern place, fantastic location walkable to the lake and the gate street. Loved the rooftop, good for photos, watched the bridge light show from there. Nice staff, friendly to us foreigners too. Would stay again!
