来承德第二次住亚朵 服务真的很不错 房间很乾净，退房时平板遗落在酒店了 ，若不是前台提醒我都没有发现 ，赶在上火车之前真好，叫了闪送。带小朋友住酒店有个小玩具 ，退房送了一个可爱的冰箱贴 ，还给了两瓶热水，到下午谁都可以用来暖手，很赞。

这家酒店真的太棒了! 设备齐全也很乾净!
周围都是逛不完的地方。 夜晚再也不怕没地方可去或找不到东西吃。
承德出名的二仙居美食街在附近。 避暑山庄步行也很快可抵达。
酒店柜枱服务员都非常亲切。有任何疑问都可以问他们，他们会尽量帮助。退房当天，我们赶到火车站却发现漏了东西。 服务员，泉声帮我们决绝了问题还找家快递服务把东西送到我们下一个酒店。 太好了，非常谢谢泉声!!??

选择住亚朵的原因就是因为亚朵的服务好。办理入住时提供热茶，预订房型升级行政大床房，主动提醒晚上有免费的宵夜粥，小程序上有周边美食和景点的推荐。退房时询问是否需要带热水在路上喝，还送了一个冰箱贴，总之从入住到退房的服务都很满意。

Hotel is modern and location is in the centre of Chengde. Close to all amenities and the daily night market is just a short 2 minutes walk. There is a great supermarket next door as well.
Room is spacious, clean and with voice enabled room controls.
Front desk is very helpful and even help us find an English/Chinese speaking tour guide.
Strongly recommended to stay here.

Staying in this hotel is good value for money in view of the convenient location of the hotel, the breakfast provided and congee served in the late evening. Besides, the hotel staff are very helpful and polite and render suitable advice regarding places to visit.

The staff automatically upgraded our room. They allowed us for late check up till 4pm the next day which helped us a lot because our high speed train back to Beijing was at 6:40pm. The hotel is located at the back lane of the commercial street 二仙居。we can get taxi easily in front of the hotel. We stayed there during low peak season, we had good service in the hotel. We loved the free supper served at 9:30pm.

Very good location, walking distance from the bi shu shan zhuang, staff was very friendly, they serve tea when you sit in the lobby. Daily cleaning of room. Laundry services with 2 washer and 2 dryers, soap provided. 1 queen. Overall, worth your buck based on location, service and amenities.
