Stayed at the same hotel for the 3rd time but at the cheapest room without window. The room is the same size as the room with window. So, you are not a person that afraid of enclosed and stuffiness, no need to spend extra for the room with window.
Late check out at 2pm but flight back was very late at night, so paid RMB 30 per hour for later check out at 8pm. Such an option is available so no need to pay for an extra night. If you don't need the room, luggage storage is available.
Provided some food after checking in even though very late at night. Breakfast was good for a Chinese Malaysian even though there were not many varieties.
Overall satisfaction with this hotel.

This hotel is truly amazing and made our trip so memorable. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with such warmth and kindness, making us feel cared for and at home. The location is perfect, very close to many attractions, which made traveling around so easy and stress-free. The little details, like the tea and coffee in the lobby, made us feel so appreciated. The room was clean, comfortable, and cozy — every night when I returned, it honestly felt like coming back home. Thank you for giving us such a wonderful and heartwarming stay. ??

后悔没住多几天，去春熙路走路就可到达，房间舒服乾净，服务员很好??下次有机会到来一定再次入住，太棒了??

怡程酒店是一间非常适合有小朋友一起旅行时下塌的酒店。我们选择了家庭套房，房间非常乾净整洁，也有一些为小朋友们而准备的小心思- 熊猫拖鞋，小牙刷等等。酒店也有送洗衣服的服务，只要告诉前台就可以了。
我们住了三晚都非常满意。如果是要一些改善的建议，我们会建议准备放行李的小枱子。我们不须要把行李放在地上。

stayed here for one night!(not enough)
spacious room, very clean, big shower room with high pressure water and staff are so friendly and helpful.
they offered welcome drink too when u stepped into the entrance.
They also gave a present upon the time we checked out.

Staff Service: The staff is very professional and friendly. The check-in and check-out process is fast and efficient. Staff was very helpful with the recommendation of local places to eat.
Room Cleanliness: The Deluxe Double Room I am staying in is very clean, clean white sheets and towels, and the bathroom is well maintained.
Location: This hotel is exactly opposite the MRT station, making mobility very easy. Also close to several minimarkets and cafes.

Hotel located near pedestrian street, staff very friendly, better if you can speak Mandarin, cause no one from staff can speak English, recommend for guest who wants feel ?a local vibe, cleaning staff quite loud if they speak each other during cleaning time, but overall good service for local hotel, and they need improved for the poor wifi connection.

It is clean and relatively new. Easy to hail rides and close to city center. Been to Chengdu before so this is the better hotel that I have stayed at. Service is average, had an online call with them, didn’t sound too helpful. But nevertheless, still a good experience and worth booking. Ps. Can order delicious fruits from nearby too haha

新中式风格下午茶:很有特色，工作人员服务很热情，房间很大，位置也特别好，推荐入住，房间衞生乾净，可以免费洗衣服，很方便
