Very impressed and I love to stay here, if you like walking from this hotel you can walk to many places such as Chunxi road, IFS etc. I recommended here for yourself ,friends or family. Staffs are so nice.

酒店的位置优越，交通便利，位置很繁华，出行方便，前台效率高，周到专业很不错，明亮安静舒适，衞生很乾净，床垫很舒服，出水快，水温好，洗澡舒服，网速快，房间整洁，乾净衞生 强烈推荐哦

服务态度好，送了两个氧气樽，可惜因为我们要乘坐高铁所以不能带。?整体服务好。酒店也提供免费的小食??。地理位置近春熙路，方便。
自助洗衣机有点坏和少，需要改善。环境卫生尚好，可以再好一点。??

环境：酒店大堂在这栋楼的七层，一出电梯感觉到空调的暖气很足，迎宾很热情有递给热茶。
设施：预订的房间在八楼，出了电梯在进各房间的通道口设有一个门禁装置，使得旅客的安全性更有保障，点赞??
衞生：房间整体乾净整洁，装修风格较年轻化陈设也比较新。另床垫也不错，支撑感明显。
服务：酒店前台柠檬茶Z接待周到，有免费升级同类房更好的房型，十分感谢。

酒店位於成都市中心, 出行便利, 楼下就是餐饮店和购物中心，不远处就是春熙路地铁站。房间很乾净和整洁, 床也很舒服。早餐种类丰富, 用餐环境很舒适。前台旁边还有 一个茶水台, 随时都可以喝到热的红荼, 中午还提供红糖姜茶给我们暖身体。这里还提供下午茶和深夜一碗粥。酒店工作人员的态度很好，每天都会主动向我们问好。

The hotel is conveniently located opposite the Grant Hyatt hotel and about 10 minutes walk from the Metro station. The hotel 前台chenshixue陈实雪 has been very helpful when I had a little issue with the room booking. She has explained the steps to me clearly and I managed to resolve it instantly. She has also taken the effort to walk to the room and shared lots of advice on how to plan and get around the city etc. She is also very accommodating when I asked for late checkout as I was rushing back from 熊猫基地. Besides friendly staffs, the hotel is very generous to provide welcome snacks, and there are always free snacks and drinks around so you can replenish your energy after a long day outside. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would definitely return if I revisit Chengdu again. To the hotel 前台chenshixue 陈实雪, thanks so much for your thoughtfulness and care. Super friendly staff and a great location with many nice free snacks. The rooms are wide and spacious, and the wifi is decent. The location is about a 10 minute walk to the main shopping streets, with plenty of food options nearby, including 24 hour food and drinking places. The rooms are clean and everything feels well managed. The staff are professional and very helpful. The only downside is that there can be a long queue for the lift at certain times of the day, but overall the experience is very good.

The best location - just cross the main road and the opposite site is shopping area , convenient for travellers. Reception is great, service minded. Water is available in the room and at the corridor. Bad thing is the lift has to use with others public office.

Excellent hotel, we traveled with family. We were welcomed and well taken care of, the rooms were great, the reception staff were excellent and attentive to every detail, the location was perfect for getting around and central to everything, the breakfast was good with a memorable local food experience. Thank you so much and we will definitely return.
