The front desk service was excellent. Room is comfortable. Long bath was useful when I needed a dip during the cold weather. :)

The room was very spacious and the location is excellent, right next to the metro, making it very convenient to travel. The staff, especially Xiao Wu, provided outstanding service and were very helpful. When I return to China, I will definitely stay here again.

酒店地理位置很好，在市中心，离太古里很近，走路几分钟就到了，应该算是一个小型酒店，但是工作人员服务都很周到，这次去是前台是小蒋和小冉，很贴心，面面俱到，以後有机会再来

房间很乾净整洁，床品柔软亲肤，隔音效果也很棒，在繁华路段居然能睡得安安静静。衞生间乾湿分离做得很到位，洗漱用品的质感也远超同价位酒店，连一次性拖鞋都很厚实好穿。小吴小安

步行十分钟就到春熙路，逛完街不用挤地铁就能回房躺平。房间布置得很精致，床品软乎乎的，早上的早餐有成都特色抄手和蛋烘糕，一口解锁本地风味～ 性价比超高，下次来成都一定二刷，小吴服务很好小青

Very convenient hotel along Chunxi Road near shopping area and many restaurants and next to the river with lanterns.
We absolutely love our stay at this hotel. What makes this hotel stand out is the service of the staff who made us feel really welcomed. Excellent service especially Ms Xiao Wu went out of her way to help us with luggage storage and even help us carry luggage to our transport! We initially planned to stay 3 days then change hotel after returning from Jiuzhaigou. The service was so good that in the end we cancelled our other hotel reservation and stayed at this hotel instead after our return from Jiuzhaigou.
Room with high tech toilets with bidets and comfortable beds. Only comment was the lights in the bathroom seem a bit too dark. Also it took us a while to figure out the lights as we like to keep the toilet/ bathroom light on at night. Maybe it will help to make the switches and signs more prominent.
Breakfast had good variety and also very good coffee beans coffee. Complimentary drinks in the fridge. There is complimentary supper which is a choice of daily soup or red date tea or ginger tea or warm milk.
If I come to Chengdu again, I will definitely want to stay at this hotel again!

The ladies at reception were very helpful - excellent service. Breakfast buffet was good. They also had afternoon tea and evening soup included. We also used their self service laundry and gym. It is a smaller hotel but would recommend as we liked the service.
