前台工作人员,小兰和琪琪都热情且乐於助人。
尤其喜欢大堂里的DIY花茶，他们还提供了2小时的传统服饰试穿体验，但只能在酒店内穿着.酒店餐厅的早餐自助餐很棒，服务员梁阿姨服务周到。

元旦带妈爸第一次来成都，节假日能订到这个价位的酒店，完全没有踩雷
离地铁站近，各方面设施也很好

地理位置方便，地铁2号线就在附近，走路可达宽窄巷子，周边餐饮太多了，完全来不及吃啊，服务很用心，礼貌，免费的下午茶小吃对初来乍到的游客太友好，都不用特地去别处吃了。环境带有一点中式结合现代化，年轻人喜欢的调调，听説还有音乐演出，没时间看光顾着逛吃了。房间很安静，整洁，该有的都有。临走送了小礼物。小李和小赵同学服务认真、尽职。

带着长者孩子来旅行，选个乾净舒适的酒店很重要，打车很方便，办理入住时意外升级了房型，酒店园区的花园好漂亮，晚上还有古筝演奏，房间也是宽敞明亮，非常的乾净，工作人员服务热情周到，下次来成都还定这家酒店！棒！

The entire experience is perfect and awesome. Special thanks to 小杨，小赵, for their exceptional service in helping us to get around the place and even told us that we forgotten and left a package at the hotel. Really appreciate them going the extra mile to help guests. The hotel is also very clean and it was a great hi-tech experience with their robot food delivery service and in-room robot-automated/assisted lights, TV, curtains, etc. I will definitely book this hotel again next time when I travel there. Location is very convenient, especially near KuanZhai Alley. In the afternoon, there is even free local snacks, and free "live" music in the evenings. In the restaurant, the auntie manager 梁纪平 is also very friendly and helpful directing us to where the utensils are and all the tasty food available. Overall 5-star for this hotel and their staff! 超满意，超值得！

酒店整体环境舒适宜人，客房整洁乾净，入住体验很好。服务方面也十分周到细致。酒店还有每日古筝表演，增添了文化氛围。此外，地理位置也很便利，离主要景点不算远。

Power Stone Hotel (Chengdu Kuanzhai Alley) is one of the most comfortable and beautiful hotel we have ever stayed so far except for one: the noise of construction besides the hotel. But got to say the noise only affected us on the day we checked in at 10am after a red eye flight. I did not even hear any noise for the rest of the stay since we went out in the morning and return in the evening.
The hotel is hidden away from the main road but walkable. Feels like a little paradise away from the world. It uses smart home technology in the room - to draw curtains, to on/off the lights, to on/off the television, even to ask about time, weather, date, day etc. Quite fun to give instructions to 小石. The room is clean, with convenient layout and with amenities that we should have. The hotel also provides complimentary snacks for afternoon (6 types per room) and wearing hanfu experience. There’s also a 古琴performance from 5:30 to 8:00 in the hotel compound.
The hotel staff are also the friendliest and most helpful. Check in and out was very smooth. Initially they offered us rooms at level 2 but as the rooms are next to the construction site, they offered to change our rooms to level 6. Fast response from staff to all our requests made through the chatgroup.
The hotel has a laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers. One unknown fact we got to know was that the staff on the first shift each day would disinfect the washers and dryers. Provided assurance that our clothes would be clean.
Overall, it has been a great stay for me and my mum. I would love to come back again.
