Looks better in the photos than in reality, not quite hotel quality cleaniness etc. but very good value still for the price. I felt like it hadn’t been at least properly cleaned, like the floors. Bed was very nice and tidy, sofa uncomfortable and a little untidy. No english speaking staff but things work out with the online translator as well. Got the projector to work with the help of the staff, even if it had to be changed. The TV on the 1st floor was broken. The indoor air isn’t too great, maybe because smoking has been allowed. It’s not bad either but not for the most sensitive ones. Quiet and comfortable all and all, I had a nice view from the 21st floor. Thank you for the stay.

Not the experience I expected. The pictures from the rooms don’t match the reality.
Firstly, it is almost impossible to access. The property didn’t contact me to give instructions on how to get in. When I call the number I got now answer. It took me 20 minutes to figure it out.
Second, the room I booked is nothing like promised. The living room was useless and very dirty and old. The bedroom was directly connect To the bathroom without a door. The bathroom was not clean enough.
At the end, I cancelled my booking and moved to another hotel.
The staff was more or less understanding of the situation and helped.

Not the best hotel. Hard to find. Had to call the hotel to come fetch you from downstairs. I checked in at 14:30 and they still told me to wait another half an hour because the room was not ready and after a long day of traveling that was not acceptable. Good location though.

已经很晚了，预订的时候写的要一个双人床就真的是双人床，衞生也很好，氛围也可以，重要的是很安静，因为到得晚所以白天还在睡一点外面的声音都没有，下午打扫阿姨在外面喊都听不到

这次入住体验远超预期，完全是宝藏酒店！位置太加分了，步行5分钟就能到地铁站，周边商圈、餐厅一应俱全，出行觅食都超方便。房间打扫得格外乾净，床品柔软亲肤，衞浴设施无残留污渍，连角落都没有灰尘，香薰的味道让人很放松。自助式前台服务热情又高效，办理入住和退房都没超过5分钟，还主动告知周边游玩攻略，遇到问题响应也特别快。房间里的网络高速稳定，空调制热均匀，洗漱用品品质在线，整体性价比超高，下次来还会选这里！

酒店环境衞生做得不错，窗外对着九眼桥，夜景很好（忘拍照了）。距离地铁位置近，出行方便，前台小姐姐很热情，服务态度好。酒店周边吃的非常多，对面还有大型商场，盒马超市，买东西方便。

房间在牛王庙附近，交通便利。性价比很高。附近美食也很多。楼下就是公交车站，但酒店衞生一般，空调老旧，制冷效果很一般。退房当天保洁员早上6点在门口用力拍门，大喊退房，严重影响了我们休息。整体来讲一般般

我真的很少写评语，但本次实在要吐一下。网上看了评价??错才决定下单，但到现场一看实在是呆了。所谓的前台就只有二张枱杂乱不堪。房间的衞生更是差劲！一入门地砖吐出来还有裂痕幸好没被刮到?，洗手间冲凉的门很多水渍水垢，洗衣机的按钮是坏掉的。从没住过这么糟糕的房间，最气人的是我两个月前下单但入住当天上网看看即日价格足足买贵了一倍，真是太不值了????

来成都玩，也是第一次住公寓式的酒店，环境确实是没话説，下楼就是地铁站，出行方便，晚上躺床上投影还能刷刷剧，真的很不错，住了很舒服，设施也齐全，又果断续住了两天，希望游玩成都的疲惫感能在云游得到身心上的放松，还有“云管家”可以説是有求必应了，希望下次带父母过来的时候也带他们体验体验

管家服员超级好，进门办理会细心询问，而且非常体贴，其次房间衞生真的非常乾净，客房大姐打扫衞生的时候非常细致，就连角落的衞生死角都清理的乾乾净净，一次性用品也很齐全，最重要还有一次性马桶垫，一次性刮胡刀，让我觉得酒店真的很细心。酒店隔音也很不错，基本上听不得任何杂音、酒店设施就更不用説了，非常棒，不愧是影音公寓，投影仪真的非常棒，下次来成都还住这家酒店！
