Room was slightly smaller but very comfortable enough, we had a good sleep and they serve good breakfast too. Front staffs are all very helpful and friendly,we planned a 3D2N trip to jiuzhaigou and they also let us to store our luggages for 2 days. Would definitely be back

For me this hotel is slightly over price. The check in service is not up to expectations and the rooms not so spacious if based on the price.
But opposite got few local foods at affordable price and need to walk about 300-500m to reach MRT station.
But the hotel design is nice and comfortable. The washing machine really make me frustrated bcos have to wait for so long for drying.
Overall experience is moderate, I will rather spend to the modern hotel and more reasonable price.

We stayed here for 5 nights. Perfect location walking to wide and narrow ally, shops, close to train stations. Hotel provides free shuttle bus to Panda facility and high speed train station. Wonderful service from reception 王豆豆 and her colleagues. Clean rooms, free bottled water and snacks. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

This is really a fantastic hotel!
The room was big, very clean and beautifully furnished. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also great.

Service is top notch ???? really welcome and always helping us as international tourist, room all clean & staff all friendly. They even gave recommendation for attraction and route on wechat & souvenir when we check out. Really helpful ?? ??????????. Thank you very much for all the staff there

酒店位置很好，去宽窄巷子、人民公园 比较近。酒店的公共区域布置得很精致，前台是2个小美女，嘴很甜，很热情，服务很赞，冰箱里还有2瓶免费饮料、送水果和小零食，是一次很不错的居住体验。

先説缺点：
1.房间电话断线联系不到前台（不过还好加了微信）
2.我们这个房型床头没有充电的地方，充电不方便
3.小度不能用，全屋没什麽智能的地方
优点：
1.每位服务人员态度都特别好
2.地理位置特别方便
3.房间和院子装修很有想法，闹中取静
4.部分景点可以提前联系免费送达
5.管家回覆消息很及时，处理问题速度快
和这些优点比起来，缺点不值一提，但是也希望可以继续改进，下次来成都还会安排这里

1、晚上到的成都，当时差点没找到，在黑黑的
弄堂里有个小门进去，实际像个民宿，説实话不像是4星的店。
2、订的是隐居房，标的是20-25平，实际入住超级小，卧室就一个床的空间。
3、枕头偏高，睡得不舒适，不是记忆枕或是零压枕。
4、一次性用品也够不上4星的档次。
5、第二天到前台，像是个店长的女士，表现的特别有架子且冷漠，不如前一天晚上的前台服务态度好。
6、当时电话联系前台会加我发攻略但是到入住了也没发，让客人觉得没被重视，然後让开发票也是过了2天没反应去催了才开的。
7、本来觉得这是个当地品牌应该比其他连锁更好，结果很失望！
8、本来是想住几天的，但是果断换酒店了。

酒店位置不错，离宽窄巷子，人民公园，成都博物馆都很近。
前台小姐妹们超级热情，还细心。我们报了四姑娘山一日游，凌晨5点半出发的，酒店给准备了早餐让我们带着，前台妹妹也那麽早等着我们。
酒店房间不大，但是也够住了。设备都乾乾净净。
很喜欢酒店的庭院，可吃早可喝茶可发呆，还有可爱的锦鲤，墙角边的三角梅也很漂亮。
以後还会关注隐栖堂。

隐栖堂是四川当地的连锁酒店品牌，在成都有不少热门分店，地理位置大都不错，主打的“宋式”庭院风也很吸引人。人民公园这家“时院”是今年新开的分店，距离宽窄巷子和人民公园地铁站都不远，但又在将军街的居民区闹中取静，远离都市喧嚣。我这次订了个有庭院的大床房，在二楼阳枱布景了一套有成都特色市民休闲空间，别有一番风味。酒店前台服务周到热情，小水果饮品各种附赠福利也都颇为用心。
説来本来想给个满分，但又有点小问题希望改进：一是床头插座太少，都让智能音箱和枱灯占了。二是智能音箱基本什麽都控制不了，纯是个摆设。三是走廊、电梯还有房间衞生间的香水味道太浓了，不是很有必要，对易过敏人士不是很友好。
