I chose the Dimoo Hotel for this trip to Chengdu and was very satisfied with the overall experience. I must give it a five-star rating! The hotel is located in the city center, with convenient transportation in the surrounding area. It is only a few minutes' walk to the subway station and easy to reach attractions such as Chunxi Road and Kuanzhai Alley. There are also many local delicacies and snacks nearby, with a wide selection of late night snacks, making it a paradise for foodies! The detailed layout of the lobby and corridors is very stylish. The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, especially the height of the pillows is just right, making it a good night's sleep. The front desk staff had a friendly attitude, checked in quickly, and even took the initiative to introduce travel guides to Chengdu. The room is cleaned and replenished with mineral water every day. Next time I come to Chengdu, I will still choose the Dimu Hotel and recommend it to my friends!

这次入住体验相对之前真的不是很好，门锁反锁的锁芯闭门之后没办法锁上，幸好有防盗链，淋浴的顶喷水流不畅，説是可能水压问题，床头的灯一直闪，早上睡得好好的电视突然自己打开放广告，声音很大被吵醒了，因为我只住一天白天也在外面所以没有折腾，希望下次住的时候设施可以好一些。

房间大小中规中矩吧，洗手间稍微小了一点，有顶喷 衞生是很乾净的，没有异味 布草都很新，酒店位置好，去哪里都很方便，春熙路，宽窄巷子，东郊记忆都不远，而且附近还有很多好吃??的，吃了一个美蛙鱼头，那叫一个香得叻 而且价格还不贵 成都就是美食多多，来了还想来，下次来成都还会考虑住这家酒店呢！??嗨森嗨森

Customer service was really good, my brother Y at the front desk was really nice and upgraded us when we told him about our room having some issues. Another lady even helped us do our laundry when the washing machine was all full.
But the facilities themselves was below our expectation unfortunately. As mentioned above some rooms were leaky and the washrooms didn’t close properly. My girlfriend even injured herself because the washing machine room had a weird short staircase going down to it.
Overall, service was definitely the highlight but I think price reflects what you get from the facilities.

What a great find this was, tucked down a quiet little street. Access to buses and the metro was very easy. Lots of places to eat around the hotel . Hotel room was immaculate, a lovely comfortable bed,and an excellent shower. Staff were very pleasant, even giving me a small gift on departure...a very nice touch! View from the window was not great, but I was out all day, so it didn't matter.

酒店设施良好，水压高，全智能，住宿期间和小度沟通的不亦乐乎，也有免费洗衣服。回前，柜枱小姐姐（n）热情的送上礼品。整体住宿下来很不错，下次再来还会选择预订。

从上升南路地铁站（4号线）走大概10分内就能抵达的一家小酒店。宽窄巷子就在下一站。其它地方如太古里，大慈寺，春熙路，人民公园等也都在附近。酒店附近都有麪馆饭馆便利店等，所以不用怕饿肚子。
酒店还算乾净。隔音不算好，不过休息期间都是能一觉到天亮（可能住的时候没啥其他房客吧）
美中不足，酒店走廊总有一阵煮食味道。
最後，谢谢前台小姐姐N的亲切招待和有问必答，还有清洁阿姨们的和蔼可亲。

New and modern hotel, the location is easily accessible from the metro. The room is equipped with great lighting system, automatic curtains and smart toilet. The staff members I met were very friendly and made the check-in/out fast and easy. The only problem was the lack of soundproofing. Not only the voices from the hallway can be clearly heard inside the room, I could also hear when they opened the water tap or shower in the rooms next to me.
