The service is very good, it is not far from the chengdodong subway station, I travel very easily, there are food near the hotel, there are friendly housekeepers, I only have one problem, the staff threw away my toothbrush, my 300 yuan toothbrush is missing, but everything is very impressive, if there is a chance, I will come back to stay again.

Dong Station, is very convenient. From here, you can travel practically anywhere. The room is clean and spacious. The price is reasonable. The staff is helpful and friendly. I had an issue with a delivery, and they helped me sort it out. This place is perfect for all types of travelers. The hotel also features a spa, swimming pool, and gym.

Very convenient location best for the first day you reach the city and if you are planning to take the train to other cities. However it is a hotel which allow smoking, so expect nasty smell everywhere despite requesting for a non- smoking room.

距离成都东站步行十分钟就到了，对需要常搭高铁去不同景点的旅客真的很适合，前台人员都很热情，服务很好，还给我们升级了房间，性价比超高！

Fantastic location about 5min walk to Chengdudong Railway Station, smooth path with no steps and only need to cross the street once. Room was clean and comfortable, and price was great. Would definitely stay again if I have late night arrival or early morning departures!

The room is quite small and the plan itself reminds me of the galvanized steel meme room, but can't complain about it since the price and location are quite good. Room are clean.
Recommend for travellers who need to ride high speed rail at chengdu dong in the early morning or at night!

I booked the cheapest discount double rooms and I can't complain much. The room has a weird structure (it's at the corner, so the room is quite narrow, which I'm fine since it's cheap). If you access from Chinese sites, the description will also mention that it is near the elevators.
Let's talk about the strengths
It's located near to the Chengdu East Station.
There are plenty of restaurants nearby and even downstairs and open till late night. The receptionist can speak English.
Let's talk about the weaknesses.
The rooms are badly maintained. The paint on the wall is peeling off, the floor is dusty (luckily disposable slippers are provided), the shower door handle is moldy and the toilet smells very bad (there's no stain though). The worst part is the windows cannot be tightly shut because the rubber part is old and has hardened/came off so the wind can enter the room through the leaking part. The temperature of the shower has to be manually adjusted every few minutes because it suddenly turns very cold or very hot. Also, the room is not located next to normal elevators, but service lifts and also next to the workers' room. Therefore, aside from the announcement from the train station, you'll also hear the workers talking outside the room.
I have to emphasise that I'm reviewing the discount doubles. The other more expensive rooms might be well-maintained but I can't comment on that.

Hotel Review
I stayed here for just one night and had a mixed experience. I requested a non-smoking room but was given a room that was full of smoke smell. However, when I requested a change, the front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating. They moved me to another room, which was still a smoking room but had a much lighter smell.
Given the affordable price and the fact that it was just for one night, it was acceptable overall. The staff’s helpful attitude made up for the inconvenience, but I hope the hotel improves its non-smoking room options in the future.
