之前在厦门集美十里长堤店的宜必思饭店住宿的感觉非常的棒，所以这次来成都，也是首选宜必思，怎知在炎热的八月初，遇到的第一个问题就是房间的冷气很不冷，跟前台反应后，前台的服务人员很客气，说要找保全来看，可能是我们不会调整。
过了一段时间，房间的温度仍没有降下来，而我的火气直线上升，保全来看过之后也无法改善，在我坚持之下，前台给我们换了一个房间，虽然不尽人意，但也只能接受。
原本预定住二日的，马上就取消第二天的住宿，在前台人员及Trip的客服的协助之下，终于免费的取消了第二天的住宿
服务人员的态度还不错，只是这家的设备有些老旧了，浴室的抽风口损坏没有整修、空调出风口声音很大，而且看起来像是中央空调，根本无法改变温度。

定了两间房，评价是复制上一条的，不好意思。酒店免费停车10小时，房间干净整洁，预订完胡莉经理就致电我，还发了酒店导航位置，服务非常到位。办完入住我就出去了，也没主意有间房空调不太好，酒店前台马上就给换房了，保安大哥还跑上跑下给拿房卡。换了房间后还是有点问题，已经是深夜一点了，我就给胡莉经理发微信，她第一时间就回消息了，及时的协调处理，服务的非常满意，大半夜的也真是打扰了。下次来成都还会住这里。也没拍酒店的照片，发几张离开成都堵车的照片吧，成都交通真是堵啊。武侯祠附近的藏族商品街小店不错，推荐逛逛，就是不砍价，郁闷。

very friendly staff, good service, free laundry was a great help...lots of free water, good breakfast... a bit of a hike to the metro but fine for people with cars... very good AC... very quiet...good bed

I booked this hotel since it is an international hotel chain. However neither of the staff were able to communicate in english or help us in other way. Whereas other hotels communicated via WeChat and helped us. And breakfast was only provided for one person even the booking is for 2 Adults. Location is not so convenient for main attractions and all the services we received were average. Only good thing is there is a really nice hotpot restaurant nearby.

Really good breakfast... more options than usual. Came in late and left early so was a good soft landing for a short night. Appreciate the espresso machine at breakfast & the friendly smiles of staff.

This hotel is very comfortable for anything transportation, super market, foods and mini mart. Staff are very nice they try to speak English and help us and the room is clean. Hotel located away from MRT with walkable distances around 10 minutes.
