房间很大和舒适，带个小厅。前台小雪人很好，非常热情，帮我翻热食物和送我们喝咖啡。旁边就有个漂亮的咖啡店可以休息。酒店位置非常好，旁边就是春??路步行街，很容易看到熊猫墙，而且吃饭喝酒和到那里玩都非常方便。下次再来漂亮的成都还选这里。

All the information provided on trip.com booking site for the hotel is true, including the photos. We were assigned to a romantic purple room and a giant panda themed room. There is no water dispenser in the hotel but the staff is willing to help to fill our water bottles with warm or hot water upon request. The hotel is strategically located on chunxi road, very close to the shopping streets yet quiet enough for a good rest. There is a convenient shop (lawson) nearby which opens 24hrs. Strongly recommend.

Very comfy stay and it’s in the city area just right inside the 春熙路步行街. Very near to tai Koo Li and IFS to see the panda ??

Really recommended! Love this hotel so much, all the staff are really helpful, especially xiaozhang, also gave us gift, location is perfect, so close to chunxi road, love everything here, free self service laundry, definitely will come back to this hotel when come to Chengdu

Reservation Staff is excellent Service Mind. Hotel is very clean and convenient. It’s very close IFS and Chunxi Road. They gave us for some gift when I checked-in. It’s can check-in 24 hrs. I had dropped the luggage at here. I went to shopping and back to here for drop off.
Both of Xiao Zhang & Xiaoxue are good support when I stay here for 2 Night 3 Day.

Friendly staff, good location. Easy access.
We are not able to contact taxi driver, hotel staff “xiao yue” come and help us. Xiao yue very helpful.

Quite new hotel, staying here for 4 nights after back from JiuZhaiGou.
The front desk staff was extremely nice with free upgraded us to Panda design room .
Come with the welcome gift and during check out we are given a gift appreciation of our stayed in this hotel .
Good location at chunxi road .
Hotel provided laundry service which it's a really plus point service as we aren't bought too many clothing during this trip .
Daily room cleaning , we return hotel daily with a clean room after long walk .
Suggested hotel can provide atleast another unit of washing machine and dryer to accommodate traveller need.

酒店很满意，地理位置很优越，离春熙路步行街很近，前台工作人员服务也很好，尤其是前台小张，办理入住也很快，有问题也都会帮我们解决，非常棒，入住还送成都特色熊猫礼物??很有心?? 谢谢你小张??

客服很 nice，半夜到店看我们带着孩子还免费升级到熊猫主题房，孩子们很开心。退房时候落了手机，联系客服立马去房间找并放在前台给我们，让我们节约了很多时间。为酒店的服务点赞??

酒店位置绝佳，就在春熙路，距离IFS和太古里很近，吃喝玩乐都很方便。然后就续住，一起住了三晚。
酒店服务很好，前台小月很热情，需要什么微信发个讯息，5分钟之内机器人就送上来了。
