房间接入小度智能，开空调、灯、窗帘只需要动动嘴就行了，电视很大，智能马桶也很好，有茶、挂耳咖啡配备，还送毛巾，前台小姐姐小哥哥也很好，强烈推荐。

这家酒店太棒了，房间智能设施很方便，语音控制，智能马桶，还有机器人送餐，床品柔软舒适，健身房，洗衣房干净明亮，工作人员小燕服务也很好贴心的，有求必应，入住体验满分，绝对值得再来

出来玩，定的酒店，真的很不错，房间很干净，房间设施设备也很新，前台24小时都是有人的，晚上需要什么东西随时都可以送，真的非常方便，前台小苏服务很好，入住还送了一次性的洗漱包，点赞??

出来旅游，订的这个酒店，真的很好，有独立的洗衣房，跟健身房，可以在前台打免费的现磨咖啡，咖啡机很高级，不会操作的可以找前台小苏姐姐操作，小苏姐姐非常热情。房间也是每天打扫很放心，阿姨也很友善。

连住了好几晚，地理位置优越，就在地铁出口旁边，服务优秀，前台所有帅哥美女态度都很奈斯，有什么问题都会耐心帮忙解决。房间布局也不错，配置齐全，每天有茶包有咖啡补给，小度好用，房间卫生干净，睡觉也安静，如果下次再去成都还会考虑这家。

All the staff are so helpful and polite. I was having trouble with my local Esim connection, the staff helped me resolve by directing me to the appropriate avenues.

The hotel owner was exceptionally kind in helping me to order a cell battery via ** without me going around searching. She even lent me a miniature screw driver tool from her staff to replace the battery of my Selfie stick.
My breakfast experience was greeted by a very friendly chef and waitress always ensuring we are well taken care of..
The hotel room is carefully designed with exquisite wooden crafted furniture with a Zen theme.
In addition, they have a free good laundry service 24/7 access.
The location of the hotel is so convenient just 60 meters from Huapaifang station.花牌坊地铁站。
I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone with my excellent stay.

I had the best experience stay in Zhanghe hotel. Their staff were incredibly helpful going the extra mile to help me resolve some issuess during my stay. The hotel deco is simple but elegant with a chinese minimalist feel.
Hotel's location is spot on with just next to Huapaifang metro station if you are doing lots of shopping till late. The hotel room is spotless with the best bed mattres ever. Every staff is so helpful and friendly. The only downside is it might be abit noisy if you are overly sensitive with noise. I have gone back staying in this hotel twice so highly recommended.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. One of the highlights was their luggage storage service. I traveled to Jiuzhaigou for a few days and the hotel kindly kept my luggage safe until I returned. It was really convenient and made my trip much easier. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. Highly recommend this place, especially if you’re planning side trips like Jiuzhaigou!

这次入住体验简直像被施了魔法！从踏入房间那刻就被细节惊艳——智能灯光能语音一键切换，中央空调吹出的风轻柔得像春日微风，浴室恒温，智能马桶，客房服务响应速度绝了，笑容比暖光灯还温暖！健身房器械齐全，退房时前台小燕还是如入住的时候热情，这家酒店直接把「宾至如归」四个字卷到天花板！必须五星安利，下次来还住这儿！
