环境：看中是熊猫主题房才选的，房间布置得很温馨，床上放了个花花玩偶，敲可爱的！！！
服务：前台小姐姐很热情，主动介绍线路交通方法，行李拖送等等，还给我升级了房间????

离熊猫基地南门非常近，非常近，非常近，重要的事情説三遍，房间很温馨，熊猫主题，洗衣机带烘乾功能太方便了，酒店步行15分钟，就到基地南门，前台会发攻略给你，门口小三轮直接拉到南门口5分钟，10块钱一辆车，非常近，适合冲花花去的宝子们

Dear Xiao Tingting, Yang Yin, and Wu Mengyu.Thank you for your wonderful & excellent hospitality!
We stayed from 5/11 to 6/11, and by the time we arrived at the hotel, it was already 1.00am on 6/11. We are a family of four with one-year-old twins, and after a long flight we were completely exhausted. Upon arrival, front office staff kindly assisted us with our huge luggage and two strollers. Their warm service immediately made us feel welcomed, and we truly appreciate their kindness.
The check-in process was superb and very fast, and we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a family room, which was spacious, wonderful, and beautifully designed with a panda theme. I absolutely loved it!
The next morning, the front office staff again impressed us with their helpfulness. They assisted us with storing our luggage in the luggage room and provided various transportation options to the Panda Base. They even helped arrange a tricycle ride, and the driver was very attentive. All of this made us fall in love with the hotel’s service once more.
Later, when we realized we had accidentally left our passports, we contacted the front office for help. Instead of simply calling the tricycle driver, the staff went above and beyond—she personally offered to bring the passports to us after getting our permission. We were incredibly touched by her dedication and kindness. This was the third time we fell in love with their outstanding service.
Additionally, after our lovely family trip to the Panda Base, we returned to the hotel to look for dinner options. As it was getting late and visiting a halal restaurant would require taking a DiDi, the front office staff kindly assisted us by recommending nearby dining choices with suitable menus. She personally coordinated with the restaurant staff and chef regarding our preferences, took our order, and ensured everything was prepared exactly as needed. Her thoughtfulness truly won the moment. The food spread was superb & big potions for 4 of us and we will definitely come back. This became the fourth time we fell in love with the hotel’s exceptional service—so much so that we decided to extend our stay for one more night (6/11–7/11)!

Convenience stores, restaurants and great 'street food' sellers on the doorstep.
The hotel staff allowed us to keep our 2 bicycles safely in the storage room ??????
Only 25 minutes walk to Chengdu Research Base for Giant Panda Breeding.

这个酒店让我感到很惊艳。是近期住过最舒服的。个人觉得很完美。
1、灯光完美避开刺眼，很合理
2、空调效果好，且不吵。
3、淋浴水量大小、热水速度、地台设计乾湿分离，都完美。
4、智能马桶很好用。
5、一次性用品很好用。
6、五楼的休息空间和二楼的洗衣房非常好用。
7、最主要的是服务也挑不出毛病。
8、离景区和吃饭地方都近。

Staff was ao helpful and helped to explain every aspect of our visit to the Panda Base. Its a 15-20 minute walk to the front gate, or a 4 minute "tuk tuk" ride. We had the family room and we all enjoyed the bunk bed with slide and other whimsical aspects of the room. It's a perfect place to get an early start to the Panda Base.

?? Loved my stay — perfect for visiting the Panda Research Base!
Finding the hotel at first was a bit tricky. Even my taxi driver (using Didi) wasn’t sure about the exact address, and it seems the hotel doesn’t yet appear clearly in some map applications. He kindly called the reception to confirm the location, which helped a lot — so I’d say there’s definitely room for improvement in how the hotel is listed online.
That said, once I arrived, I had a great experience. The entrance was under construction when I visited, but the lobby on the second floor was clean, welcoming, and well-organized.
??? The room itself was fantastic. Spacious, spotless, super comfortable — I slept really well, it was very quiet, and the bed was just perfect. The Panda-themed decor was adorable — especially the plush panda teddy bear in the room (I honestly wanted to take it home!). ??
?? The shower worked flawlessly, and the bathroom was equipped with a high-tech Japanese-style toilet, which was a great bonus.
?? The location is excellent if you’re visiting the Pandas — just a little over 1km from the south entrance of the Panda Research Base, easily walkable. There are plenty of restaurants, local street food, takeout spots, and supermarkets all around the hotel, making it super convenient.
Overall, a relaxing and very enjoyable stay. I would definitely return if I come back to Chengdu. Highly recommended, especially for panda lovers!
