设施不错，挺好的一次入住体验，未到前前台会主动联系，安排的房间高楼层湖景方向，安静舒适的环境，服务挺不错的。房间设施齐全，有办公桌，衞生间乾湿分离，挺不错的，房间都带有窗户设计。衞生乾净。

交通便利，酒店距离一号线地铁站很近。房间住得很满意，前台小姐姐给做了免费升级，服务很热情哦！

设施不错，房间空调效果很足，舒适凉爽，落地窗户，可以看见湖的美丽景色，房间也安静，里面配置有可办公的书桌，也方便放物品。前台服务也不错，做事细心，热情周到，办理订房方便快捷。早餐厅在26楼，中西式的品种。

Great location in the Tianfu New area very close to Xinglong Lake metro station and Xinglong lake. The running tracks around the lake are a good exercise option, or plane from a relaxing stroll. Hotel is well equipped with gym and laundry as well as full breakfast. Great service from staff. There’s an on site cafe, and plenty of food options nearby. About 1 hour from TFU airport.
If you’re looking for a purely tourist option it’s not very convenient as it’s about 1 hour by metro to the main tourist sites, and even more from the northern sites. But for business nearby it is a very convenient location.

We stayed there every time in Chengdu. Location is beautiful, 10 minutes walk from the lake. Loved to stroll around the lake for exercise and enjoy the quiet pristine environment. Breakfast was great with many varieties, and laundry room facilities is a big plus for this hot weather. Friendly staff, always gave us a upgrade as we have been frequent guests.

This hotel is excellent, a little away from the city center in a new industrial area, but quiet and with views to a beautiful lake. The staff don't really speak English at all, so you need to use a combination of whatever Chinese you can and make sure that you bring a translator app to communicate with them. The hotel was close to where I needed to be, close to where my friends live, so it was everything that I need for a great price. The included breakfast is outstanding, very impressive!!
