Strategic location with many restaurants and shopping around. Excellent customer service too helped me to receive parcels. I also complained of noise of my room and able to change to a new room fast. Supper is available without charge. Good value for money!

在成都住的最满意的酒店了 环境很好 赏心悦目 设施也很齐全 住的时候检查了房间的衞生 打扫的确很乾净 衞生间也没有异味 ????前台小伟服务很好 赠送了茶包给我们

房间其实不算大，但是该有的都有，有小冰箱保鲜柜。外卖可以机器人送上来，早餐品种还挺丰富的，有炒菜四五个，然後麪包水果饮料，还有现煮的麪条，粉，饺子等。附近吃是真的方便，停车感觉就很紧张。自由行这个地段还是挺舒服的，离那个春熙路的直通车不远，到各个景点都方便

The room is small, theres no space to lay two luggages out. The wall stickers were also peeling and theres gaps in the shower tiles and floor skirting. Theres no windows, and the toilet has a weak flushing system. The toilet got choked on our first night and that was the last straw. We cancelled the second night and booked elsewhere.
Location of the hotel was not bad but thats the best part of the hotel. The hotel staff during the night shift was sleeping, which reflected poorly on their ‘24 hours front desk’. Our room didnt come with a handsoap, so theres no soap at the sink. Had to take the shower gel from the bathroom. The quality of the shampoo and conditioner is poor. Unlike the other hotels I have stayed, this hotel does not provide body lotion. Theres no place to hand hang towels too.
Overall, its a below average hotel. I wouldnt rate it 4 stars and compared to the other three 4 star hotels I have stayed in this trip, this is the worst.

非常禅意十足的一家酒店 实在是很不错 尤其是他们家的地段 简直就是绝了在春熙路旁边 非常值得入住体验 并且可以晚上8点取消入住
