stayed at this hotel for a month and overall, it is a good choice especially for a long stay. I appreciated the convenience and the willingness of the staff to assist despite the language barrier, which I found endearing.
That said, I have a few suggestions for improvement:
Enforce the non-smoking policy more strictly.
Add more variety to the breakfast menu, especially international options such as croissants and cheese pastries.
Improve the cleanliness and odor control of the elevators.Overall, the helpful attitude of the staff made my stay enjoyable, and with a few adjustments, this hotel could offer an even better guest experience.

位置不错，就在地铁口，服务态度也很好，就是设施设备有些老旧，早餐很一般，性价比不是太高，总的説来还是不错！

Spacious room and comfortable beds! Fairly near the HSR station and Panda research base. Slightly noisy because of main road downstairs. Breakfast is quite tasty.

带着全家人来成都看熊猫，这个酒店是附近最适合一家人出游居住。房间各个角落衞生都很好，热水不错，拖鞋很舒服。最棒的是有免费洗衣服务，洗衣机和烘乾机免费使用。我们把出来几天积攒下来的脏衣服都洗乾净烘乾净了。真心不错??

拜托窗户根本关不起来好吧，还对着马路的窗户。睡觉时候还在听过去几辆车了。

环境：进酒店 就闻到一股清香
服务：热情好客，周到，门口有一面墙，墙上有便利贴，贴着去哪里好玩哪里好吃，坐什么车。
带两个孩子（小女生）办入住，前台给一人送了一个熊猫发卡。
不足就是洗澡没有凉拖鞋

酒店大厅明亮，房间乾净整洁。周边吃饭娱乐设施齐全，交通便利。前台小姐姐贴心给娃娃送来了小童拖鞋和小童牙刷。离店还送了可爱的熊猫挂件，点赞！

This hotel is very convenient for transportation to the panda base, which is about a 15 minute drive away. Very easy to find taxi or get a DiDi. Front desk was friendly and efficient. Room was spacious. Provided free bottles of water every day.
