客房**，给前台説好了要午休不要打扰不要敲门，还设定了免打扰牌，客房非要敲门，还敲了两次。酒店没有任何歉意表达，大不了以后不住了，华阳这么多的酒店，又不是你们一家。酒店人员素质有待培训提高。

酒店位置非常好 楼下就是地铁站 很方便 早餐很丰盛 中式西式都有 前台妹妹的服务态度非常好 还有免费的水可以拿 房间也很乾净整洁

前台服务很好送了早餐，房间整洁衞生乾净。
开发票和行程单比较快，报销方便。
另外出门就是地铁去哪都快，去双流机场40分钟到。
隔音也很不错，还有无烟房间太棒了。

连续住了几天，第一天是在网上定的两间房，主管提前联系了我帮忙安排好了房间，服务非常好，很贴心，房间的衞生也可以，住起来很舒服，酒店的地理位置环境都还是很优越的，交通很方便，出门就有地铁站，去玩去市中心都很快，还配的有免费的洗衣房，很不错，推荐
