The property is very well designed and maintained. It deserves the top spot if you are tired of a cookie cutter type of hotels. We were not sure if it was a museum or hotel when entering the lobby!
A shout out for 小李，she took good care of us and made reasonable recommendations for food and services.

郑重推荐，乾净幽雅，园景设计特别漂亮，适合静休。关键是服务特别好，尤其感谢小李女士的悉心照料，事无钜细，从入住到离开吃喝住行都替我考虑到，除了提供甜点水果，还贴心的送泡脚桶，服务热情周到真的宾至如归。推荐有小朋友的，或者喜欢放松安静的住在这里，身体和心灵都能充分休息

入住体验很好，房间打扫得很乾净，床品柔软舒适，让人住得特别安心。最让我感动的是管家服务，不仅主动帮忙搬行李，还细心介绍了周边美食和交通路线。以后来成都绝对会再选这家酒店，强烈推荐给所有追求品质服务的旅行者！

因着想到四川博物院看「传奇之旅?马可波罗与丝绸之路上的世界」展览，所以赶在它4月15日撤展前来个一天的成都快闪之旅。
推开成都黉台酒店大门的瞬间，
浓郁的文化氛围已是扑面而来，
木纹与光影的布局处处透着文化基因。
房间布置精致，
从门饰、门栓、大床到衣柜，
都把蜀綉图案自然地融入其中，
同时配以现代化的生活设施，
是文化内涵与科技结晶的完美融合。
因为航班延误，抵达酒店时虽已是凌晨三点，服务员仍非常专业高效地安排入住手续。
酒店的经理、前台员工（尤其是艳艳）都诚恳、友善、细心，
令我第一次来成都，就留下非常好的印象。
最可惜的是我只留一天，未能多感受一下这么好的设施与服务，以后来成都，一定要再到这里住！

No other hotel in Chengdu can rival the location of 成都浣花黉台酒店—this was even confirmed by our knowledgeable local tour guide. The hotel is uniquely situated within the grounds of the Chengdu Museum of Literature and History and the famous Du Fu Thatched Cottage (杜甫草堂). Considering that Chengdu is a bustling metropolis with over 20 million residents, dotted with towering high-rises, it's almost surreal how this hotel feels like a serene countryside retreat, surrounded by lush trees and blooming flowers.
Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and fully equipped with all the amenities we could need. The attentive and charming 小田田小管家 (our delightful hostess) greeted us with a heartwarming message morning and evening, always checking in to ensure our stay was flawless. She went above and beyond, offering fresh fruits, nightly treats like milk and *silver ear soup* (银耳汤), and even relaxing foot soaks—thoughtful touches that made us feel truly cherished.
The level of care and hospitality here is unparalleled—genuinely heartwarming and unlike anything we’ve experienced before. I wholeheartedly recommend 成都浣花黉台酒店 to anyone visiting Chengdu. We can’t wait for our next visit!
