I’ve stayed at the Marriott Renaissance Chengdu a few times over the years, and this most recent stay really stood out for the service.
Booked a Queen room and requested a quiet location. Upon discovering late-night HVAC noise, I contacted the front desk. The staff responded calmly, discreetly, and efficiently, moving me immediately to the Presidential Suite—the quietest room in the hotel.
Service was respectful and unobtrusive throughout. The room was silent and spacious, ideal for rest.
Convenient for business travel: ~15 minutes to the airport, close to central Chengdu. Reliable breakfast and nearby international amenities.
Professional, responsive service and consistently solid stays. A dependable choice when traveling to Chengdu.

虽然有点旧，但是服务不错，性价比也很高，地理位置很方便，工作人员很细心，很周到！kari很不错，提前问询了房型

这次来成都又入住首座万丽酒店，交通便利，环境优美，总枱小杜、Leo、rose等工作人员热情接待，礼宾部礼貌服务，早餐丰富，服务周到，客房服务也非常专业，29楼酒廊环境优雅，服务好。非常感谢！下次再来。
