The room is spacious and comfortable, but there are all smoking rooms, that we can still smell the cigarette smell, which is horrible. The aircon is centralised system, it was closed due to weather turned cold and based on majority stay in client's choice. The customer initially just ask the technician staff to check in our unit aircon, which actually can't do much. After much negotiation, only agreed to change another room for me as I complaint my son can't sleep due to very suffocated, which end up get it done at 1am midnight, terrible customer service. The breakfast starts late at 7am and end early at 9.30am. Basically the staff are not accimidative if you were late for breakfast and nothing left much for you to eat. I will definitely no going to t book this hotel again

很满意的入住体验，大厅很大，环境很好，前台服务好，办理入住快，房间设施齐全，床很舒适，酒店位置也很好，酒店交通很方便，房间设施好，热水来得也快，东西都比较齐全，早餐东西很多，味道不错。推荐入住

Staying there is the best decision we have made during this trip to China. The best thing so far is ELECTRIC MODERN TOILET, BIDET. In Indonesia every toilet comes with bidet, we feel so clean and comfortable here. The bed is good. The room is clean and spacious. The tea set is super convenient. Miss Guo Chun at front desk had helped me a lot, she is very generous and kind also very patient especially with my broken chinese. Thank you so much!! The hotel location is also very nice, close to bus and metro, to malls and convenience stores. Walking around is super enjoyable. The only think that bothers me is the smell of the restaurant for authentic sichuan snack spots, don’t get me wrong, they are delicious, but the strong smells sometimes overwhelming. OH THEY ALSO HAVE CONDITIONER, a nice one! For me, doing laundry myself as part of facilities is kinda weird, but gratefull with the dryer! They are nice!

clean facilities! hotel staff were very nice as we could takeaway breakfast if we wanted to go out earlier, everything was smooth and it was within expectations, 10/10!

The 杨柳依依天池花园套房 was spacious, luxurious. It was a separate room off at the roof top and it felt as if we had very our own garden. Service was good, the food was delicious.

Beautiful hotel, some of the most friendly and helpful staff I’ve met, and while there wasn’t too much to do a short walking distance from the hotel, it’s perfectly centrally located for a short taxi ride anywhere. Less than twenty minutes and I was at the Zoo, and even closer was the KuanZhai Alleys, a great spot of culture and food.

门口就有停车位非常方便，而且从进门开始就感觉到舒适，环境分给到5分！一进门真的是惊艳到了，环境特别不错，是周围环境最好的了，性价比非常高这个已经种草了很久，今天终于有时间来，完全没有踩雷呀，整个过程非常过瘾

酒店位置很好，交通也很方便，值得一提的是房间很新，阿姨卫生打扫的也很干净，前台工作人员热情。入住体验满分，下次入住还选他家里人👍👍👍
