Although we did not stay here per our original plan due to a last minute notification to the hotel that the electricity will be cut off from 11pm on the night that we’re staying till 9am the next day, the hosts offered us a full refund and transport costs to the hotel that we booked after. Their service and helpfulness really touched us and we will be glad to book our stay with them the next time we visit Chengdu. Thank you Hosts!

Superb location within 宽窄巷子 with tourist spots, attractions and happening activities surrounding. Nice service by the hotel staff, spacious room and plenty of titbits provided. One of our best stays in Chengdu.

We reached there at night and the hotel informed us that there was a last min notice for the power supply shutdown which caught us by surprise. The hotel had prearranged for another hotel, which is 100m away, for us to stay for the night. But we still encounter power shutdown at the other hotel. The next morning we changed back to our hotel and we had a pleasant stay. The service was very good and the family room was spacious and clean.

Overall experience was good except the noise from shop closing around 8.30pm till 11pm, opening from 7am onwards and street cleaning/repair/reno after 11pm.
Location was good as very convenient to people park which our families enjoyed the most as it was skow pace and relaxing from busy street like chunxi.

除了没有早餐有点小遗憾 其他都是一百分 位置好 服务好 环境好 房间很大 第一天入住的下午茶也很及时 下次还来成都的话 还会入住呢

房间面积很大，内装精美，虽然没有早餐，但有免费的点心和饮料，体验感非常好。酒店在宽窄巷子里面，但出租车不能开进去，有行李箱的住客需要自己拉进去拉出，有点吃力。

酒店座落於宽窄巷子内、出放十分方便。唯一的问题就是得自行推行李进去ー因为有交通管制。房间很宽裕、清洁和安静、很通合家庭居住。

房间蛮宽敞的，床垫舒服，隔音还有点欠缺，依稀还是能听到巷子里的叫卖和音乐声。。可惜这两天都在外面跑，送的水果点心都没空吃，也没时间好好坐着泡杯茶喝喝享受一下。

时隔三年再次入住：坐落於宽窄巷子中间的老宅改造，随处可见的传统建设、物件的文化元素，位置也极佳，出行吃玩都非常方便。服务依旧很热情。唯一遗憾的是与三年前相比，虽然房价降低了但也去除了诸多附加服务：如早餐、房间咖啡、四楼的休闲空间、私密性等。据介绍这些调整是三年疫情末期应大环境压力所致。总之又少许失落。不过依旧还是很棒的民宿。
