一家很大的酒店。到的时候比较晚了，但是前台依旧热情接待，张玉小姐姐很贴心，服务很到位，另一位男前台也很好，有需求都第一时间回应及反馈。
房间很大，还有欢迎水果。晚上的时候还摆好了拖鞋，很细心。设施齐全，乾湿分离。浴缸套和马桶套这种一次性用品也都有，拖鞋、梳子、牙刷等物品的质量也很好。住下来觉得很不错。
刚好赶上了成都消费券，价格很划算。国庆期间也没有涨价很严重。附近的交通也算方便，离地铁站不远。
酒店整体业务挺多的，退房的时候刚好有三场婚礼在办，但都很有秩序。

It was a fantastic experience! They treated my friends and I with absolute care and professionalism. They gave us breakfast for free the next day and even panda plushies! The rooms were extremely clean, organized and beautiful. The best experience!!

Amazing customer service. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Great breakfast, multiple options. Specially for a non Asian person that is not used to eat the same food. The room was spacious, very clean and they even brought us a snack and prepared our room for bed time. I would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Chengdu. It’s close to the metro, nice neighborhood.

excellent room, large comfortable luxury style , maybe not latest update, indeed good .
It is comfortable ,quite and well managed by staff that assist with courtesy .
my laundry was well clean in a day, as usual.
breakfast is ok not that large . outside few shops at walking distance .it is not central in the large city of Chengdu but was proper for my business trip. even if staff has limited English they use translator and are very focused to provide a kind assistance . Good value

位置三环边，交通比较方便，环境较好，周围吃饭比较方便，刚进房间略有味，中规中矩吧，给个八成满意。。。携程报团去都江堰还是方便，去市中心地铁好点。

出差离公司比较近 工作人员态度不错，离双流机场 大悦城近，房间设施有一点老，床头没手机USB接口，插座也要拔了枱灯才能充电，其他都不错，入住第一晚送了欢迎水果和牛奶，退房时 送了可爱的成都特产 ??
